Use ContentCrew from Claude
Connect Claude (on claude.ai, in the desktop and mobile apps, or in Claude Code) and work in your ContentCrew workspaces from a chat.
Claude signs in as you and has exactly your access, only in workspaces where you’re an Admin, Manager or Contributor. Guests can’t use it.
Add ContentCrew to Claude
Adding it by hand
In Claude, choose Add custom connector, name it ContentCrew, and paste this address:

What Claude can do
- Find your workspaces, ideas, tasks, goals and finished reports, and answer questions such as what’s planned for next week.
- Draft ideas in your brand voice. Claude reads the workspace’s custom instructions, brand rules and guidelines first.
- Create ideas, edit their title, description, caption and date, and move them to In Progress or Waiting for Review.
- Comment on ideas and mention teammates. Create tasks, assign them and mark them done.
- Read the live performance of your social posts and accounts and, for Admins and Managers, ad campaigns.
Everything Claude creates is saved under your name and labelled “via Claude”.
What Claude can’t do
- Publish or schedule anything to your social networks.
- Delete anything, or approve an idea.
- Create or edit goals, or generate reports.
- Read social comments, DMs or ad leads.
Try asking
Turn ContentCrew on in a chat, then ask in your own words. For example:
- “What’s planned for next week in Acme?”
- “Draft three reel ideas about our autumn launch in our brand voice.”
- “Assign the shoot tasks on the launch idea to Anna, due Friday.”
- “Which of last month’s posts got the most views?”
Your data
ContentCrew records which tools Claude used, when, and whether they worked. We use these records to keep the service reliable and to enforce usage limits, and we keep them for 90 days. We never store what you asked Claude or what Claude read.
When you ask Claude to send feedback, exactly that message goes to the ContentCrew team.
Disconnect
In ContentCrew, open Settings → MCP and choose Disconnect next to the app. Claude loses access right away.
Troubleshooting
- Claude says it can’t work in your workspaces
- You’re a Guest there. Ask a workspace admin to make you a Contributor, Manager or Admin.
- Sign-in keeps looping, or says it has expired
- Start connecting again from Claude.
- Your Free plan already has a custom connector
- Remove that connector in Claude, or upgrade your Claude plan.
For developers
Sign-in uses OAuth in your browser. There are no API keys.
Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http contentcrew https://mcp.contentcrew.com/mcp
Then run /mcp in Claude Code to sign in.
