What we shipped

The review link carousel now pages one image at a time with arrows and dots, instead of overflowing the page. Downloading a draft with multiple images now grabs every image — one file on its own, or a zip with all of them in order.

Reach for your saved caption snippets right from the Publish screen. The Snippets button now appears in every editable caption box — your shared caption, each channel's custom caption, and channels still using the shared one — so you can drop in reusable text without leaving Publish.

The caption Snippets picker no longer runs off the edge on smaller phones, so the Manage button and row menus are easy to tap again.

If you're an org owner or admin, you now have proper access to every workspace in your org without needing to be added as a member. Videos play correctly, your ideas and posts show up in the pipeline, and your profile appears to your crew with an Admin badge.

The Publish screen has a fresh layout: your channels, caption, and settings on the left, and a live per-network preview on the right drawn to look like the real thing on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn. Captions are edited in place, and a banner at the top flags any platform where your caption is too long so you can fix it without scrolling. Scheduling now uses your crew's time zone, failed channels show plain-language reasons, and you can retry just the ones that didn't go through.

Org owners and admins now show up in your workspace member lists and can be @mentioned, assigned to tasks, and notified about overdue work — even if they weren't individually added to the workspace. They appear with an "Org admin" or "Org owner" label so you can tell why they're there.

When you publish to multiple platforms at once, each channel's status and error now stay accurate on its own. A failure on one platform won't flip back to "processing" or hide its real reason, and successes stick even while final links are still being fetched.

If you're an org admin, you can now open insights, view workspace member profiles, and load Ideas and Plan posts in any workspace in your organization — even ones you haven't been explicitly added to. No more "Couldn't load insights" errors or missing post authors.

Your edits in Pages, idea descriptions, captions, and scripts are now safer. If a save gets stuck (for example when your browser falls asleep), it will time out and retry on its own, and you'll see a clear "Can't save your changes" banner if something keeps failing. Leaving or closing the tab with unsaved edits now warns you first, and restoring an older version will no longer quietly drop edits you just made.

YouTube only accepts single-video posts, so we now only show YouTube as a publishing option when your draft is exactly one video. If it's not a match, you'll see a clear reason why.

Highlight any text in a caption and leave a comment — on the main caption or any platform version, in Internal or Client threads. Caption history now saves a version every editing session so you can switch back and restore with one tap, and workspace snippets let you save go-to lines and drop them into any caption from a picker.

Creating a new format or content pillar and picking it for an idea now feels instant. The picker closes right away and the chosen name shows up immediately, without waiting on a refresh.

Open several views of an idea in your browser and each tab now shows the idea's name alongside the view — Drafts, Caption, Script, Slides, AI variations, and documents — so you can tell them apart at a glance.

Need a new format or content pillar while creating an idea? You can now add one on the spot without leaving the New Idea screen, and your description sticks around instead of getting cleared.

Connect your LinkedIn account and publish straight to your personal profile or company Page. If your sign-in has access to multiple profiles or Pages, pick the one you want to post from, then schedule or publish just like your other platforms — with a tailored caption option and clear limits for videos and image counts.

Insights no longer gets stuck on a "Syncing post history" spinner when you pick a date range with no posts. Empty ranges now clearly say "No posts in this time range" so you know right away what you're looking at.

Share a page or script with anyone using a link — no account needed. Visitors can read along and leave comments or replies under their own name, while your crew keeps internal and client comment tabs for private discussion. Pages now support comments too, including inline comments anchored right in the text.

When you add a TikTok link as a reference for an idea, the video now plays right inside ContentCrew instead of just showing a thumbnail that kicks you out to the browser. Older TikTok references will fill in their video automatically the next time you open them.

The script editor is now a single, focused view where you can write dialogue, assign speakers, attach visuals, and arrange sections all in one place. Each section row keeps your words, speaker, and reference assets together so your script reads like a shoot plan instead of a wall of text.

Your scripts now save as you type, keep a full version history you can restore, and support inline comments on any passage. If a save fails you'll see it in the header, and comment highlights follow along as you reorder sections.

See exactly what changed between versions of your idea descriptions and Pages, with highlighted edits you can jump through one at a time. Restore any previous version with a single tap, and undo the restore if you change your mind.

Reach and Frequency in your Ads overview and reports now show the real numbers from Meta and TikTok, instead of adding up campaigns and double-counting people reached by more than one. If an account can't report its reach, you'll see a clear reason in place of an inflated total.

The caption now lives on the idea itself, so you write it once and it flows through to every draft, publish dialog, and share link. Open the new caption page to see per-platform character counters, customize text for individual platforms, set a YouTube title, and browse AI variations in a side panel with one-tap "Use this". Readers see it read-only.

Have feedback on a specific line? Select any text in an idea's description and leave a comment right there. Highlights stay anchored as the description changes, click one to see every thread on that spot, and the activity feed shows each quote (with a diff when the text has moved on) so your crew can jump straight to the context.

Contributors using a share upload link can now tap any example video or their own uploads to play them full screen with native controls, or download them to keep a copy. Previously those thumbnails were static and tapping did nothing.

Give your ideas room to breathe. Idea descriptions now support rich text — bold, lists, links, and more — and you can edit them right in place with autosaving as you type. Creating a new idea opens a quick dialog from anywhere in the app, and AI variations get their own dedicated view.

Internal and client comments now live together in a single Activity list on each idea, so you never miss feedback coming from a share link. Client threads are clearly marked with a blue border and tags, you can reply internally within a client thread, and your crew gets notified the moment a client leaves a comment.

When you share a campaign upload link with contributors, they can now see your example brief videos with proper thumbnails and download any brief files you've attached. This makes it much easier for creators to understand what you're looking for before they upload.

Hover over a comment author or activity event on an idea to see a quick profile card with their role, email, and when they were last active. Hover over any relative time like "2h ago" to see the exact timestamp.

Your b-roll notes now appear in the Script preview on an idea, even when they're written alongside spoken script. Nothing gets lost after saving.

Posts scheduled further than six months out now show up in your Plan list and sheet, not just the calendar. Tap "Load More" at the bottom to extend the view another 8 weeks or 6 months at a time, and empty periods stay visible so you can spot gaps in your publishing cadence.

The last-edited label in the Pages toolbar now shows just the date, so the toolbar stays put instead of shifting around as your page autosaves. The editor's name and exact time are still a tap away in the popover.

Contributors uploading videos through a campaign share link can now send full-size phone videos (up to 1 GB) without failures. You'll see a progress bar, clear errors if something goes wrong, and a warning if you try to leave mid-upload. iPhone videos are automatically transcoded just like in-app uploads.

Failed video uploads no longer leave behind empty drafts or stray "added a new draft" notifications for your crew. Videos uploaded from the web now show the correct duration instead of 0:00, and the error message when a Reel upload fails is clearer and more accurate.

Tap the cover image on any post in Insights to jump straight to the live post on the platform. If a thumbnail can't load, you'll now see the platform icon instead of a blank box.

Your Community inbox now surfaces comments even when your most recent posts don't have any yet. We fixed a quirk that could leave the comments view looking empty when there was actually plenty to catch up on.

Uploading AI guideline documents with special characters (ä, ö, emoji, #, %) in the file name now works reliably, and you can download any uploaded document straight from the AI Guidelines screen under its original name. If an upload does fail, you'll see a clear message explaining why right under the button.

When you connect Facebook for Insights or Meta Ads, we now show a quick reminder to keep every Page ticked during login — not just the new one. Meta only keeps the Pages you tick in your latest login, so unticking others can disconnect them from your other crews.

Got a big source video? You can now upload files up to 1 GB to your drafts, so long-form footage no longer gets rejected. We'll automatically re-encode larger originals so your published version still looks great on Instagram and other platforms.

New to ContentCrew on the web? After signing up, you'll be guided through a quick two-step setup to add your name and create your first workspace, so you can start planning content right away.

The signup, login, and password reset screens have a fresh look with a new welcome image and clearer headings. Signup is quicker with fewer fields to fill out, and you'll now see helpful inline hints if your password is too short or doesn't match.

Signing up is now quicker — you only enter your password once. Use the show/hide toggle to double-check what you typed, and press Enter to submit.

Your retention chart is now easier to read, with clearer drop-off labels and helpful tooltips as you hover. Country breakdowns in post insights now show percentages, so you can see at a glance where your audience is coming from.

Pages now keep a full history of every save, so you can browse previous versions and restore any of them with one tap. If two people edit the same page at once, we'll warn you instead of silently overwriting — you can reload the latest or copy your text across. On the web, version comparisons highlight exactly what changed word by word.

Comments now feel more natural: the reply field shows your avatar inline like a real reply, the composer grows smoothly as you type, and the idea page has a single, clearer Publish button. We also fixed a crash when opening the ⋯ menu on an idea from mobile web.

Your idea page has been redesigned with inline comments you can resolve, edit, and reply to, plus a single unified activity timeline. Properties like status, pillar, and assignee now sit in a clean Linear-style sidebar, and you can edit the idea title right from the header.

Post actions like "Compare with another post" and "Open on network" now live in a tidy overflow menu in the top-right of the post details screen. Comparing posts is smoother too — pick post B right from the column header instead of scrolling past the table. And TikTok post details now load properly instead of showing "Post not found."

Picking posts to compare now shows a thumbnail for each one, so you can tell your near-identical short-form videos apart at a glance. The TikTok logo is also visible in dark mode again, and a few missing icons across Insights are back where they belong.

Open any post to see a full breakdown tailored to where it ran: watch-through for Instagram and TikTok, a retention curve for YouTube, traffic sources and audience mix for TikTok, and geography where the platform reports it. You can also roll up performance across every channel for a single idea, or compare two posts side by side. Engagement rate is now accurate on small accounts, and any metric a platform can't report shows a clear reason instead of a misleading zero.

Your activity feed now has filters on desktop, so you can zero in on just new drafts, comments, mentions, or anything unread instead of scrolling through everything mixed together. "Mark all read" respects your filters, so clearing comments won't wipe out mentions you haven't seen. We also restored the macOS two-finger swipe-back gesture over the draft feed.

You can now select and copy text from any comment, and on desktop comments open in a centered dialog with a pinned composer so long threads scroll cleanly instead of pushing the input off-screen.

Tap a day on your calendar and pick an idea, and it now snaps onto that day right away with an Undo toast if you change your mind. Creating a new idea from a calendar day also pre-fills the schedule to 9:00 on that day, so you spend less time setting things up.

You can now add another idea or draft to any week, even after you've already scheduled content or hit your publishing goal. The "Add Idea or Draft" slot always stays visible so it's easy to plan more whenever inspiration strikes.

When a reply doesn't go through, you'll now see a clear explanation of why — like a closed messaging window or a blocked recipient — instead of a generic "try again". Long DM threads also show your most recent messages first, so you're not scrolling past old ones to catch up.

Bold and italic in Pages now use real font styles, so headings and emphasized text look properly weighted instead of faintly different. You can also use quick markdown shortcuts like #, ##, ###, >, and [] to format as you type, and toolbar buttons are now labeled for screen readers.

The month calendar now shows a week-number column down the left side, so it's easy to reference "week 42" with your crew. You'll see it in the Plan calendar, the Choose Date view, and the schedule date picker.

Your Insights overview now leads with five KPI cards — views, reach, likes, comments, and shares — each showing how they compare to the previous period with a sparkline. Tap any card to switch between absolute and percentage change, pick a date range (including new "This week" and "This month" options), filter by account, and manage connections from a dedicated screen. We also corrected inflated reach and likes numbers, fixed the arrow direction on declining metrics, and made sure disconnecting an account clears its data right away.

TikTok comments now show up in your Community inbox alongside your other platforms. Reply, hide, delete, like, and pin comments without leaving ContentCrew, and dive into reply threads with a tap.

You can now reconnect a social account at any time from Insights, not just when it's broken. And if you tap Disconnect, we'll ask you to confirm first so you don't lose access by accident.

Your Profile Views card now respects the date range you pick, so it matches the Views chart instead of showing an all-time total.

Reply to and moderate comments on your Meta and TikTok ads in one place. Pick an ad account, browse active ad comments, and jump into a thread to respond — no more hopping between platforms.

The comment box on drafts now grows smoothly as you type, up to five lines before it starts scrolling. Pasted and typed content stays in view, so you can always see what you're writing.

Only admins and managers can connect social accounts for Insights, so we now hide those buttons for other members and show a helpful note pointing to an admin instead. If a connection is blocked by permissions, you'll see a clear message explaining why rather than a spinner that quietly disappears.

Reports now show accurate TikTok impressions and rank your top TikTok posts correctly. Previously, TikTok posts appeared with zero impressions and the top posts list didn't reflect the best performers.

Comments and activity from external reviewers now show the reviewer's name, so you can tell at a glance who said what. Internal crew notes and client-side comments stay clearly separated in their own tabs.

Links inside your pages now open with a simple click, instead of needing Cmd or Ctrl. You'll also see a pointer cursor when hovering a link so it's clear it's clickable.

Send a whole plan out for review in one link. Choose an Internal or Client link, and reviewers can open every post in the plan, leave comments, and approve — no account needed. On desktop, plan reviews now show in a responsive grid so it's easy to scan and act on everything at once.

If connecting Facebook or another platform to Insights fails, you'll now see a clear message explaining what went wrong and how to fix it, instead of landing back on a blank Insights tab. We also spell out common gotchas — like using a personal Facebook profile instead of a Page — so you can get connected on the next try.

Creating a new account or organization now happens on the web. The mobile app is for signing in — if you don't have an organization yet, we'll point you to your admin so they can get you set up.

Need to follow up on a DM or comment? Create a task straight from any Community inbox conversation and jump back to the thread from your task list. You'll see assignee avatars and completed checkmarks right on the conversation, so nothing slips through.

Comments in your Community inbox now open as a social-style thread with the original post, indented replies, and per-comment moderation actions. Tap Reply to jump into the composer with the handle already @mentioned, and direct message bubbles now show timestamps so it's easier to follow the conversation.

Planning a photo carousel? Add a header and caption for each slide, drag to reorder, and attach an optional reference image. Copy all the text at once for handoff, and let AI use your slide copy when generating the post caption.

On phone-sized screens, property options like Visibility now show up right where you'd expect them, so you can always reach them without menus running off the edge. Managers can also add the first work file to an idea straight from the idea screen, and duplicate-link alerts now tell you exactly which property already has that link.

Idea properties like Format, Content Pillar, and Calendar now sit in a single compact row of chips at the top of your idea, so you can set them at a glance instead of scrolling. References and work files are also split into their own chips and sections — references for the inspiration behind an idea, work files for the material you'll use to make it.

Planning paid content? Ads are now their own idea type alongside your organic posts. Pick the ad platforms you're running on, add a call-to-action and landing URL, and filter your Ideas, Plan, and calendar views to see just your ads or just your organic content.

When creating a new idea, you can now schedule it straight to your Plan with the new Add to Calendar action. Pick a date from the calendar and your idea lands on the right day — no extra steps needed.

If you're an owner or admin of an organization, you now automatically see every workspace in that org — not just the ones you've been added to. Your own workspaces stay pinned in the sidebar, with the rest tucked behind Show all.

Longer descriptions for your content pillars and formats now have room to breathe. The edit field is taller and list cards show the full description instead of cutting it off.

Your Meta ads reach in reports now matches what you see in Meta Ads Manager. We fetch de-duplicated reach at the account level so numbers aren't inflated when you're running multiple campaigns.

Recent Posts and Latest Comments on Insights now line up neatly, even when the last row isn't full. No more oversized cards at the end of the grid.

Sending us feedback is now quicker. Just type what's on your mind — no need to pick a category first.

Have a visual you want to capture the vibe of? You can now attach reference images to any idea. Upload them when creating or editing an idea, browse them in a grid, and tap to view full-screen — perfect for mood boards, examples, and inspiration.

The "Submitted by" filter now includes all crew roles, so managers and contributors show up alongside admins and members. We also fixed a display glitch where advanced filter submenus were cut off, making them easy to browse again.

Editing an idea now correctly shows the format you saved, even when opening the edit screen from a link. Creating a new format from the idea editor also keeps the rest of your idea intact.

When you invite or add someone to a crew, you can now assign them the Admin role directly from the role picker — as long as you have admin permissions yourself.

You can now connect Google Ads alongside Meta and TikTok. Link your account to keep all your ad connections in one place — insights for Google Ads are on the way.

Switching between workspaces is now simpler on mobile. The More tab shows a single workspace selector with your active organization underneath, and you can drill into other organizations right from the same sheet.

Community now has its own spot in the main navigation, so replies and comments are just one tap away. The desktop sidebar is also grouped into collapsible Plan & Make, Collaborate, and Measure sections that remember how you left them.

Pick your own metrics for the Ads overview chart and choose which columns show on the campaigns table — no more 3-metric limit. The campaigns table now scrolls horizontally so you can see every column you've added, and mixed campaign goals are handled cleanly without hiccups.

We've cleaned up the wording across ContentCrew so things are named for what they actually are. Your tenant, its settings, and the nav item now say "Workspace", member labels are simpler inside a workspace, and the old "Crew" grouping is now "Collaborate". ContentCrew is still the name on the door.

Picking a cover photo now works the way you'd expect. The scrubber stays exactly where you release it instead of jumping back to the start or end, and if the save fails it snaps back to your last confirmed pick so you know where you stand.

You can now middle-click or cmd/ctrl-click a Workspace in the sidebar to open it in a new browser tab. A regular click still switches Workspaces in place like before.

Creating a new workspace is now easier to find. You'll see a "Create workspace" action right in the crew switcher menu, plus a quick plus button next to the Edit toggle in your sidebar.

Want to spin off a variation of an existing idea? Duplicate now creates a true copy — including the script, storyboard, media, links, channels, and tasks — instead of just pre-filling a new idea. Duplicate straight from the list with an Undo option, or open an idea and confirm the copy's name before jumping into it.

Bring your Pages to life with inline images — insert them from the toolbar or just paste them in. You can also @mention crew members to loop them in, and they'll get a notification with a link straight to the page.

Long dropdown menus, like the report period picker, now scroll when they don't fit on screen. No more hidden options you can't reach on smaller or zoomed-in windows.

Reply to comments and DMs from your connected social accounts in one place. The new Community inbox under Insights lets your crew filter conversations, jump into threads, reply, and moderate comments — with read status and assignments shared across your team.

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube no longer show a confusing dash for profile visits in the organic channels table. Those cells are now left blank, since the metric isn't available for those platforms, while Facebook still shows its real value.

Need to log content that already went out, or backfill your calendar? You can now drag ideas onto past days and tap any past date to add content, so your calendar reflects what actually happened.

Submitted a bug report or feature request? You'll now get an email as soon as we mark it done, with a link to My reports so you can see what shipped.

Adding a link to text in a page now works reliably. Select the words you want to link, tap the link button, and your URL is applied to the selection. If a selection would break formatting, we'll let you know instead of silently mangling it.

Inviting people to your org or crew now uses email invitations instead of 6-character codes. Send invites to multiple emails at once, resend or revoke pending invites from the members list, and invitees just click the link in their email to join.

Organization admins can now update member roles and remove members right from Organization Settings. We've also added a distinct Owner role — only owners can change billing, promote others to owner, or remove another owner, and the last remaining owner is protected so your organization always has someone in charge.

Your reports and Ads Insights now include every campaign across your ad accounts, so numbers are no longer artificially low. Per-campaign CTR matches what you see in Ads Manager, best-performing ads show real spend and CPM, and video stats only appear when there's actual data to show.

No more inbox floods when your crew has a burst of activity. We now group email notifications into a single tidy digest per crew, and you can choose Batched or Instant delivery in your notification settings.

When one of your connected social accounts stops working, you'll now reliably see a reconnect banner on your Home and Insights screens. Previously some broken accounts could slip through without a warning — now they're clearly flagged so you can fix them fast.

Your goals now keep a full history for every window they run. Open any goal to see its trajectory chart with an on-pace line, publish markers, the top posts from that window, and a clear achieved, missed, or inconclusive result once the window closes — with recurring goals tracked window by window instead of piling up.

When copying a storyboard from another idea, you'll now see scheduled ideas in the list too. Any idea with a storyboard can be used as a source, whether or not it's already on the calendar.

Reusing a script across ideas no longer means retyping every section. Open the new overflow menu in the storyboard to copy your script to another idea, or pull one in from an existing idea. Nothing gets overwritten — content is appended, with undo if you change your mind.

Tapping an idea on the mobile plan calendar now opens the idea instead of the actions menu. The toolbar also fits neatly on one row on smaller screens, with bigger tap targets for the month arrows.

Reporting has been rebuilt from the ground up. Pick any period (week, month, quarter, year, or custom range), create multiple reports per period with your own titles, and shape each report from composable blocks you can add, rearrange, and bind to the data you care about. Campaign reports are richer too, with goal-aware KPIs, ad-set breakdowns, best-performing content, and full TikTok metrics.

If one of your connected social accounts stops working, you'll now see a clear warning on your Home and Insights screens with a one-tap option to reconnect. No more silent failures when a token expires — you'll know right away what needs your attention.

Your Facebook pages now show the correct follower count on the Insights screen instead of zero.

Connecting a social account from Insights now returns you back to your analytics instead of landing on a Not Found page.

Your Recent Posts in Insights now lead with the newest posts across all your connected accounts, instead of grouping by account and burying fresh posts under "Show all". The same order is used everywhere posts appear — Insights, Home, and charts.

Goal progress now reflects your real numbers, even when tracking views across many accounts at once. We fixed an issue where progress could quietly drop to a fraction of the true total and stay stuck there for hours.

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube can penalize accounts that post AI-generated media without labeling it. You can now set a crew-wide default for AI disclosure and toggle it per draft before publishing, so your posts go out with the right label. We also fixed an issue where the first TikTok post could publish as private to yourself instead of public.

Draft previews now automatically match the shape of your first image or video, so 4:5, square, and vertical carousels all preview correctly without changing a setting. No more picking an aspect ratio by hand on every new post.

Prefer an earlier take over the latest one? When an idea has more than one draft, you can now pick which version to publish right from the publish screen — the preview, caption and cover all follow your choice. If a post fails, retrying re-sends that same version instead of jumping to the newest draft.

Get an email the moment a task is assigned to you, plus a daily reminder if anything is overdue. That way nothing slips through the cracks, even when you're not in the app.

Take a post off your calendar right from the tile — hover the "..." on web or long-press on mobile to open actions. Removing is instant with an Undo toast instead of a confirmation popup, and the content stays safe as a draft.

Your ads overview now shows how each metric compares to the previous period, with color-coded deltas and inline sparklines on every KPI tile. Campaign and ad detail charts overlay a faint previous-period line so you can spot trends at a glance, and the campaign detail screen now leads with the metrics that match your campaign's goal.

When you open a reference link that doesn't have a saved video or images, you'll now see a thumbnail with a play badge instead of an empty space. Tap it to open the original post in your browser.

Tap the menu on any connected account in Insights to jump straight to its public profile in a new tab, or disconnect it. The account menu now opens as a tidy dropdown right where you tapped.

Your TikTok carousel ads now show up as carousels in ad insights instead of being labeled as single images.

Your ads reporting now shows the numbers that actually match each campaign's goal — leads for lead-gen, sales for sales campaigns, and so on — across tables, KPI strips, charts, and top-performing ads. Lead-gen campaigns also show a new Leads section with each submission's date, email, and phone (tap to copy), plus a link back to the ad that brought them in.

Organization goals now report the right numbers. We fixed several ways totals could double-count or read only a slice of your data, so ad spend, leads, reach, followers and other org-level goals match what's really happening. The Strategy screen also shows crew and organization goals together in one sectioned list, with a clearer create menu and a two-column layout on larger screens.

Meet Strategy, a new way to set real, measurable goals like "100k views between July 20 and August 15" or "keep ad spend under $1,000 this month." Progress updates automatically from your connected accounts, goals can be scoped to a single channel or your whole org, and each one shows a live pace marker so you can tell at a glance whether you're on track, behind, or ahead. Your top goals also show up on Home, ranked by what needs attention first.

Meta's ad creative links used to expire, leaving many of your ads with blank thumbnails. We now keep our own copy of each creative so your ads library stays fully visual, even for older campaigns.

The Ads screens now work properly on mobile. The date range picker collapses into a tidy dropdown so Month and Custom are always reachable, campaign titles get their own row instead of being squeezed, and ad set details stack neatly instead of overflowing the screen.

The page you're viewing in the Pages list now stands out clearly with a colored accent bar and highlight, so you can always tell where you are at a glance.

Creating a new crew now works smoothly — the new crew is automatically selected once it's ready, and the Create Crew option only shows for people who can actually create one, so you won't hit a confusing error.

Insights now loads noticeably faster thanks to a single combined data fetch and smarter server-side caching. Ad and post pages also recover from brief hiccups instead of showing partial results, and opening a post detail now matches exactly what you saw in the list.

Type @ in any comment to tag a crewmate and pull them into the conversation. They'll get an in-app alert, a push notification, and an email with a link that takes them straight to the idea or draft.

Tapping a draft thumbnail in an idea's Drafts row now opens the exact draft you tapped, instead of jumping to the second one.

Your monthly reports now show the correct Facebook impressions, profile visits, and followers for the exact month you're reporting on, instead of a rolling 30-day window with outdated metrics. We also made sure a hiccup fetching campaign details won't blank out your paid ads section, and fixed a case where the per-platform breakdown of your top posts could go missing.

Tapping a draft notification now takes you straight to that specific draft instead of the general drafts list. New draft emails also show a preview of the caption in the subject and body, so they're easier to tell apart in your inbox.

Tapping "more" on a long caption now lets you scroll through the full text right inside the draft, with a clear "less" control to collapse it again. Short captions stay clean with no extra buttons.

Liking a comment now shows a filled heart instead of a question mark. Stars used to mark favorites render correctly too.

Your name now shows up correctly when you open the account edit screen, instead of appearing blank.

You can now get notifications by email in addition to push. Head to Notification settings to independently toggle push and email, so you only hear from us the way you want.

Your Ads overview now leads with the campaigns table and shows only campaigns with activity in the selected date range, so it's easier to focus on what's actually running. The Top Performing Ads section (previously "Biggest Movers") now sits below for a clearer read on results.

Your Ads overview now highlights the individual ads driving change, with clear reasons like Top engagement or Highest spend and the campaign each ad belongs to. The overview chart opens on Reach, CTR, Spend, and Traffic to website, and the default date range is now the last 6 months so trends are easier to spot.

Dragging an idea to a new day on the Upcoming calendar now moves the card instantly instead of waiting a beat. Rapid back-to-back drags stay in the right place too.

Pick the metrics that matter most to your crew and see them across the Ads overview, campaigns table, and detail views. Charts now let you toggle between metrics right from the card header, campaign and ad views show goal-relevant KPIs first, and new audience, timeline, and engagement data give you a richer picture of how your ads are performing.

Uploading a profile picture on the web now opens a square crop tool where you can pan and zoom to frame your face just right. No more accidentally cropped-out heads in your avatar.

Editing an idea now correctly keeps its type (like Reel or Post) in sync, even after a hard reload. On desktop, the type selector in the idea header opens as a clean dropdown instead of a bottom sheet.

Your profile and Send feedback button now stay visible at the bottom of the sidebar, even when you're in Settings or switching crews. No more hunting around to share your thoughts with us.

More room to write. Descriptions, comments, captions, and prompts now hold up to 5,000 characters, and titles can run up to 250. The character counter also stays out of your way until you actually hit the limit.

Admins can now update your crew's name right from Crew profile settings. Just tap the name field, make your edit, and it saves automatically.

Your caption and YouTube title edits on the Publish screen now save automatically when you navigate away, so you won't lose changes if you don't hit Publish right then. We also fixed the cover photo picker on web, which sometimes showed the very first frame instead of the frame you'd chosen.

Zoom in on the exact time window you care about. Pick a preset like this month or set a custom start and end date, and the date range applies to both your Overview and individual campaigns.

Sign out now lives inside Account settings alongside Delete account, and tapping your profile in the sidebar takes you straight to Settings. One less item cluttering the sidebar, and everything account-related is in one place.

Titles and the back button in the reel and story draft feed are now easier to see, with white text and a subtle shadow so they stand out over dark video. Long titles also truncate cleanly instead of running into the video controls.

Settings and Workspace have a fresh, streamlined layout with a single side rail that swaps in when you open them, so it's easier to jump between sections. Each section now has its own link you can bookmark or share, and browser back steps through them naturally. Account, Crew profile, and Schedule settings got a cleaner, more compact look with auto-save as you type.

Creating an Instagram carousel? You can now set your draft to a 3:4 aspect ratio — Instagram's recommended format — right from the aspect ratio picker.

Videos in the campaign media viewer now display fully contained at their true aspect ratio, so nothing gets clipped or stretched no matter the shape of the clip.

The Members list now shows a "Last active" column that reflects when each teammate was actually using ContentCrew, not just the last time they signed in. It's an easier way to see who's currently engaged with your crew.

Manage your crew's members from one place. The new Members screen shows everyone in your crew with their role, join date, and last sign-in, plus quick actions to add existing organization members, invite new people, change roles, or remove someone.

Connecting your ad accounts is simpler to look at. The Ads Insights start screen now uses the same clean, centered layout as the rest of Insights, with clear options for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You'll also see a spinner while things load instead of a flash of empty buttons.

Room to breathe when describing your content pillars. You can now write up to 1,000 characters, so there's plenty of space to capture the full picture of each pillar for your crew.

Managers can now edit and manage ideas and drafts directly, matching the permissions they already had on the backend. No more being blocked from actions you should have access to.

Switching crews from the sidebar now takes you somewhere that makes sense. If you're viewing a specific item like an idea, we pop you back to that section's list for the new crew instead of leaving you on content that doesn't belong.

Managers can now add new content pillars right from the pillar picker, just like they can with goals and formats. No need to ask an admin for a quick addition.

On mobile web, give your phone a shake to instantly open the feedback dialog and tell us what's on your mind. We also fixed the description field so plain Enter adds a new line, and Cmd/Ctrl + Enter sends.

When you don't have any social accounts connected yet, Insights now lists Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook as one-tap "Connect" options right in the empty state. While we're linking your account, a clear full-screen message lets you know exactly what's happening.

Managers can now add and edit scripts on ideas, matching their editor permissions. We also added reorder, type change, and delete controls to storyboard sections, so any crew member with editor access can rearrange their storyboard.

Give your AI client reports a look that matches your brand. Choose a default accent color for your whole crew, or override it on any individual report — pick from presets or dial in a custom color. Your choice sticks around even after regenerating or refreshing the report.

Managers can now edit content status, schedule posts on the calendar, approve UGC media, and create or edit formats — matching the permissions admins already have.

Belong to multiple crews? You can now drag them into the order that works best for you. Hover the crew list, hit Edit, and rearrange with the drag handles.

Your Insights tab is now more powerful. See views and engagement trends side by side, open a full gallery of every chart, pick from 7/30/90/180 day ranges or set a custom window, and browse your latest comments in a tidy card grid. Publish status also updates more reliably so posts no longer get stuck on "Creating post" after going live.

You can now add Instagram carousel and image posts as reference links on your ideas. We'll pull in the images so you can flip through the whole carousel right inside the reference preview, even when there's no transcript to show.

Bold, italic, and underline keyboard shortcuts now work as expected in the Pages editor, so formatting your docs is quicker.

Browsing multi-media drafts on the web is now easier with clickable previous and next arrows plus tappable dots to jump straight to any slide. The active dot also stays in sync as you navigate.

Want to spin off a new idea from an existing one? Tap Duplicate in the idea actions menu and we'll open the create form pre-filled with the original's title, description, pillar, format, goal, visibility, post type, and attached links. Tweak whatever you need and save.

Feedback you send now shows up in a new "My reports" view in Settings and inside the feedback dialog, with live status so you can see what's been triaged, in progress, or shipped. Submitting is snappier too — the dialog closes right away, and you can press Enter to send (Shift+Enter for a new line).

The report editor is now a direct-edit canvas: click any cell, heading, or bullet to change it, and drag to reorder rows, columns, and sections like a spreadsheet. Every save is snapshotted so you can browse past versions and restore any one as a new draft, and reports now support quarterly and monthly periods with a warmer, more grounded AI narrative that stays fully localized in English or Finnish.

Dig into every post you've published with a new All Published Posts view. Sort by recent, views, likes, or engagement, and filter by platform, pillar, or format to find exactly what you're looking for. A new date range picker lets you focus on today, the last week, month, or quarter.

Trying to publish a post with a scheduled time in the past now shows a clear message asking you to pick a future time or use Publish Now. When something goes wrong while sending to social platforms, you'll also see the real reason instead of a generic "couldn't reach" message.

Choosing ad accounts is easier with a searchable, platform-grouped picker that keeps your selections pinned at the top. After you connect a new platform, its section opens automatically so you can jump straight to picking accounts. TikTok accounts now show their currency to help you tell them apart.

Your monthly report now shows accurate engagement numbers for Facebook and Instagram. We rebuilt how per-channel engagement is calculated so likes, comments, shares, and saves match what you actually earned during the month.

Make every monthly report your own. Drag to reorder sections, add or remove blocks like Top Posts, and upload a cover image to set the tone — all without changing your template. Your custom layout sticks around even if you regenerate the report.

Your monthly report now includes AI-generated "What's coming" and "Discussion points" sections you can regenerate on the fly, and switching between English and Finnish instantly re-runs the whole narrative in your chosen language. Ad metrics are also more accurate — Meta CTR, new followers, and paid actions now reflect real performance instead of inflated numbers — and the editor preview, export, and present view all show identical formatting.

You can now revisit which ad accounts to show at any time. A "Manage ad accounts" button lives in your connections settings, so updating your selection after initial setup is just a tap away.

Your monthly report's paid ads section now only shows campaigns from the ad accounts you've selected, so other clients' data won't leak in. We also polished the section with the top 3 ads per ad set, color-coded objectives, cleaner spend formatting, and tighter narrative bullets.

Monthly reports now pull accurate analytics and the real posts you published that month, including YouTube alongside your other connected platforms. The Generate dialog is easier to scan with a cleaner two-column layout and full month names, top posts show real thumbnails, and unconnected platforms no longer show up as empty rows.

Signed in on more than one device? Notifications now reach every device you're using, instead of getting stuck on just one. We also automatically clean up old devices so alerts keep landing where they should.

Your notifications got a cleaner, easier-to-scan layout with color-coded icons, comment previews, and the parent idea right there so you know what each update is about. Mark everything read in one tap, see an unread count at the top, and keep scrolling for older activity. The home bell now shows a numbered badge so you know exactly how many updates are waiting.

Setting up a new organization and its first crew now works reliably. We squashed a bug that could block onboarding when creating that initial crew.

Comments left on a draft now show up on the parent idea, with a count badge on each draft thumbnail. Activity entries for draft events also display the draft's thumbnail and jump you straight to that draft when you tap them.

Tap the new mute button on any draft video preview to silence or unmute playback, or press 'm' on your keyboard. Handy when you're scrubbing through drafts in a quiet room.

The Ask AI button no longer covers the send button when you're adding a comment on drafts, archived drafts, or UGC media. Your comments go through with a single tap.

Opened a draft from a notification and want to see the idea it belongs to? Tap the idea title at the top of the drafts feed to jump straight to the parent idea.

Control the draft video player from your keyboard on the web. Tap K or Space to play and pause, and use J and L to jump back or forward five seconds while reviewing your drafts.

When you switch between organizations, ContentCrew now remembers the last crew you had open in each one. Switching back drops you right where you left off instead of jumping to a different crew.

Switching crews or orgs from the sidebar now updates the URL to match, and each crew shows its own avatar instead of a generic icon.

Your crews now live inside an organization, so agencies and larger teams can group multiple crews under one roof. Switch between organizations from the top-left, invite teammates with an org code, and manage settings, members, and billing in one place. Crew content stays private to each crew — joining an organization doesn't grant access to its crews.

If your ad connection has access to lots of accounts you don't manage, you can now pick exactly which ones show up for your crew. Admins can configure the visible ad accounts so the ads view stays focused on what matters.

Videos uploaded from your phone now publish at the same high quality as videos uploaded from the web. Your Reels and posts will look crisp on every platform, no matter where you uploaded from.

Your Plan screen now opens in whichever view you used last — calendar, list, or sheet — instead of always starting on calendar. Each crew remembers its own preference.

The Send button in the feedback form now works right away when Bug is pre-selected, so you can submit feedback without having to tap the category again first.

Tapping a draft from activity, notifications, or a post now opens the full swipeable draft view with the video and comments side-by-side on desktop. No more cropped previews — you get the complete view every time.

Links you share now include your crew, so deep links open the right content no matter which crew the recipient currently has selected. URLs are shorter and tidier across the app, admins can rename their crew's URL from Workspace settings, and the "page not found" screen has a fresh look with a working Go home button.

Posts with the same title published on different dates no longer get merged on your home screen, so view counts stay accurate instead of being inflated.

When a scheduled post finishes publishing, the post editor now locks immediately so you can't accidentally edit a live post. If publishing fails, the editor unlocks right away so you can fix it — no refresh needed.

Tapping a text field on iPhone no longer zooms the page in. You can type comfortably in mobile web without the screen jumping around.

When a post finishes going live, its status now flips to Published on its own. No more refreshing the page to see the chip catch up.

Generating caption suggestions was failing every time. It's now fixed, so you can get AI-written caption options for your posts again.

The Today, 7d, 30d, and 90d tabs on the Ads Insights overview now actually update the data you see. Pick a range and your numbers refresh to match.

See the latest comments left on your published videos right inside Insights, and tap any comment to jump to the post. Recent publishes on Home now show comment counts and call out posts getting more comments than usual.

A post's "× typical" multiplier and "Taking off" or "Below typical" label now match wherever you see them. The Home dashboard and Insights grid use the same baseline, so a post that's 8× on Home won't suddenly look like 58× on Insights.

Recent Posts in Insights now show as a responsive card grid, with each card flagging whether the post is "Taking off" or "Below typical" and how many times your usual views it's pulling. Tapping a recent publish on the home dashboard takes you straight to that post's insights instead of the Analytics tab.

Choose exactly which frame becomes your video's cover before publishing. Scrub through a filmstrip in the Publish screen to pick the perfect thumbnail for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and see it reflected in the preview.

Once you publish a post through ContentCrew, its status updates to Published automatically and locks while it's processing or scheduled, so no one on your crew can accidentally change it mid-publish. If a post fails, the status unlocks so you can fix things and retry.

Got a spark but no time to flesh it out? You can now create a new idea with just a title, just a description, or both — whatever's easiest in the moment.

Never miss feedback from your crew. You'll now get a push notification when someone comments or replies on your ideas or drafts, and tapping it takes you straight to the conversation.

Your home screen now shows only the tasks assigned to you, so it's easy to see what's on your plate. The task editor also got a searchable idea picker, a quick "View idea" link to jump straight to the related idea, and new tasks now default to a due date of tomorrow.

Saved an Instagram reel as a reference for an idea? You can now play it right inside ContentCrew next to its transcript, with video and text side by side on desktop and stacked on mobile. The reference sheet also opens at full height so you can dive in straight away.

When you're publishing to YouTube, you can now set a separate title alongside your caption — so your video gets a punchy headline and a full description instead of one doing both jobs. Generate with AI fills in both at once, and the publish screen also has a tidier layout with a roomier media preview.

Adding tasks to an idea is quicker now. The task form opens empty every time, the title field is focused automatically, and you can press Enter to save without reaching for the button.

The green "Taking off" badge on your home screen now only appears when a post is truly outperforming. We raised the bar so a post needs to hit five times your typical view count before it earns the badge.

Posts you publish through ContentCrew now show their thumbnails in Insights and on your home screen, instead of a blank placeholder. It's easier to spot which post is which at a glance.

Your Home screen has a fresh dashboard layout. See your tasks split into Overdue, Today, and Up-next, check in on recent publishes with view counts compared to your typical performance, and jump straight to drafts and scripts waiting for review. A side rail keeps What's New, the roadmap, and notifications close at hand. Contributors get a focused view showing active campaigns and the status of their own uploads.

The Plan calendar's toolbar is now a single tidy row with the Today button, month navigation, and filters all in one place. On the web, you can jump around with keyboard shortcuts — P or K for previous, N or J for next, and T for today. Today and selected days no longer nudge the grid when highlighted.

Scheduling is now all in one place. Open Choose Date to pick or change a date, and use the new Remove button to clear a scheduled idea from your calendar — no more separate Edit Schedule screen to hunt down.

Long captions on reference links in ideas no longer push the card off the screen — they now truncate cleanly with an ellipsis.

Updating a post's approval status now feels instant. The status sheet closes right away and the new badge appears immediately, instead of waiting on a spinner.

Quickly find any idea by title or content with the new search field on the Ideas tab. We've also added a friendly "unsaved changes" prompt so you won't lose work if you accidentally back out of creating or editing an idea, and the Create Idea action list is reordered to put Format, Content pillar, and Add a link up top.

Writing captions just got easier. Tap "Generate with AI" on the publish screen to get a short, on-brand caption drawn from your script. The publish screen is also tidier — the publish button sits right below your caption, and the media preview fills the frame at the right aspect ratio.

Posts that went live on Instagram could sometimes show as "Publishing failed" if the link from Instagram arrived a moment late. Your idea screen now correctly shows the post as live, displays the real link once it's available, and won't prompt you to re-publish something that already went out.

When you publish to several platforms at once and one fails, the idea screen now shows every platform that actually went live — not just the last attempt. You'll see a card for each platform with its real status and link, so a partial failure no longer hides your successful posts.

When publishing to multiple platforms at once, if one platform failed but others actually went live, we sometimes offered to republish the successful ones — creating duplicates. We now correctly recognize those platforms as already published, so you can safely retry only the ones that failed.

Published an idea to some platforms but not others? You can now publish to the remaining connected platforms straight from the idea, while the ones already live stay marked as done.

The play button on paused draft videos is now smaller and more subtle, so it doesn't cover on-screen text or dim your video. It also fades in and out with a smooth spring animation.

After you create a new idea, you'll now land right on it instead of bouncing back to the list. That makes it easier to keep the momentum going and start fleshing it out.

Your idea's publish section now shows the right metrics for each platform, including posts you published through ContentCrew, and stays up to date automatically. We also redesigned it into clean per-platform cards with quick links to the live post, analytics, and a Retry option when a platform fails so the rest of your post still goes out.

Your Plan now opens straight to the calendar so you can see the whole month at a glance. The sheet view stretches to the edges of your screen, and the mobile calendar goes fully edge-to-edge for more room to scan your schedule.

Open any idea and you'll see its publish status right at the top — whether it's scheduled, publishing, live, or failed. Once your post is live, tap through to the published post on each platform or check performance metrics for each channel. If a publish partially fails, you can retry just the channels that didn't go through.

Some text throughout the app was showing in the wrong color and was hard to read, especially in dark mode. Text now picks up the right theme color so everything stays easy to read.

You can now tap or drag the progress bar to seek through a reel on the web. Previously the caption area was blocking the timeline, making it impossible to jump to a specific moment.

Spotted a bug or have an idea for us? Open the new feedback dialog from your sidebar profile, the More tab, or the command palette. It grabs a screenshot of what you're looking at and sends it straight to our team.

Tapping a draft notification on the web no longer crashes the app — it now opens the draft as expected.

Copying a script now grabs your b-roll notes too. If a section has no spoken lines, you'll see the b-roll details instead of blank space, so nothing important gets left behind.

Your Plan calendar now shows idea titles right next to the thumbnail, and you can drag any item to another day to reschedule it on the spot. Tapping a day with existing content adds straight to that date, and "+N more" expands so you can see everything at a glance.

Tapping the crew selector from the More tab on mobile web now opens the crew switcher as expected, so you can jump between crews without getting stuck.

Filtering your ideas on desktop is now quicker. The new dropdown menu lets you pick filter values from compact flyout lists across Kanban, Sheet, and Rating views, and a new Script filter lets you narrow down to ideas that have a script — or still need one.

Scripts that only have B-roll no longer show a blank preview on the idea screen. You'll now see each section's label, any B-roll notes, and a count of attached visuals — so it's clear what's in your script at a glance.

Buttons, icon buttons, and view toggles now share a cleaner, more consistent look throughout the app. Headers line up neatly with matching spacing, and tap targets on mobile are bigger so they're easier to hit.

Storyboard thumbnails are small by design, so on the web you can now hover any asset to pop open a larger preview. Videos show a play badge, and the preview keeps the asset's true aspect ratio so you can tell at a glance what you're looking at.

Buttons on the empty-state screens for content pillars, formats, and goals are now clearly visible in dark mode, so you can always see what to tap to get started.

The Script Editor's view toggle now shows the proper film icon instead of a question mark placeholder.

Your scheduled posts in the Upcoming view now show their content pillar right next to the date, so it's easier to tell each item apart at a glance.

Add Instagram Reels or TikTok links as references to an idea and tap them to preview the transcript, caption, handle, and duration without leaving the app. When you open the Script editor, we'll suggest a ready-to-use script seeded from those reference transcripts and your brand — apply it with one tap.

Scheduling now happens when you publish, not while you're building a draft. The new full-screen publish view shows a live preview of how your reel, post, or story will look once it's live, and stories can be scheduled all at once or frame-by-frame.

New accounts without a crew now see the proper onboarding on the web instead of a blank dashboard. Creating or joining a crew, resetting your password, and opening shared links all land you in the right place, and contributors are correctly routed away from screens that aren't meant for them.

Tag your ideas with formats like Tutorial, Carousel, or Q&A alongside your content pillars to capture both the *what* and the *how* of each post. Manage formats from Crew settings, filter your Ideas list by format, and your AI brainstorms will use them for smarter suggestions.

Generating scripts and hooks now streams in word by word, just like idea variations. No more waiting on a spinner — you'll see your AI-generated content appear smoothly as it's being written.

Typing in the comment box on web now keeps your cursor in place instead of dropping focus after each keystroke. Press Enter to send a comment (Shift+Enter for a new line), and the comment count updates right away.

Managing links on an idea is now easier to use. The Manage Links sheet is more compact, the selected link type is clearly highlighted, and the Add Link button is visible in every theme.

The Add Link button's label and icon are now clearly visible in dark mode, instead of blending into the background.

Quickly narrow your Ideas pipeline to a single content pillar with a new filter right in the toolbar. Each option shows how many ideas match, so you can see at a glance where your pillars stand.

The filter bar on your Ideas activity view is easier to scan, with Type, Author, and Advanced filters laid out in a steadier order. A single Clear button now resets everything at once — including advanced filters — so you can get back to a full list in one tap, even from an empty results screen.

Reference links on an idea now show the platform (Instagram, YouTube, Google Docs…) with the URL underneath, and multiple links from the same place are numbered for easy scanning. Adding a duplicate link gives a clear warning, and idea sections now lead with your most advanced work — drafts before scripts before links — with the tasklist always at the bottom.

Browser back and forward now retrace your steps faithfully across every screen on the web, including jumps between sections. Mobile web gets a proper bottom tab bar, headers look consistent everywhere, and the sidebar always highlights the section you're actually viewing.

The mobile bottom bar now focuses on five core destinations — Home, Plan, Ideas, Chat, and More — with a new More hub that groups every other screen so things like Analytics, Reports, Ads, Media, and Tasks are easy to find again. Settings has been redesigned into a cleaner grouped layout, the Crew screen now uses the same look with crew image and crew type managed right where you'd expect, and you can long-press the More tab to quickly switch crews.

When ContentCrew is starting up, you'll now see a subtle animated wordmark instead of a plain spinner. It's a small touch that makes the wait feel a little more polished, in both light and dark mode.

Switching crews from the desktop sidebar now opens a tidy dropdown right where you click, instead of a half-height sheet that cut off your list. Scroll through your crews and jump to Join or Create without losing your place.

Your own messages now read clearly in light mode, and the Ask AI button no longer covers the send button while you're chatting.

No more staring at a spinner. When you generate idea variations, cards now appear and type out live as the AI writes them, so you can start reading and picking favorites right away.

The password field on the login screen now shows a clear "Enter your password" hint instead of bullets, so you can tell at a glance whether the field is empty or filled in.

Fixed an issue where the Changelog screen was showing up empty. You'll now see the latest updates as expected.

Publishing now lives right where you're working. Tap the new Publish button at the top of any idea to preview your post, pick channels, edit the caption, and either publish now or schedule it for later — all in one place.

We've renamed "topics" to "content pillars" throughout the app to match the term creators and marketers already use for their thematic content categories. Everything works the same — just with clearer, more familiar language.

Plan out Instagram Stories with multiple frames in a single draft. Build your story in a 9:16 preview, schedule each frame for its own time, and track per-frame publishing status as each one goes live. You can also set a stories cadence for your crew so stories show up in your posting rhythm alongside regular posts.

You can now switch the Plan view between weekly and monthly independently of your crew's publishing cadence. The "ready" counts scale to match — so a weekly goal of 3 posts shows as roughly 13 when viewed monthly — and your preference sticks between visits.

Prefer a spreadsheet-style view for planning? The Plan screen now offers a third view alongside list and calendar, grouping your scheduled content into collapsible weekly or monthly sections. Edit approval status and content type right in the row, and customize which columns you see.

The Pipeline view is now the Activity board — a sticky-note style card layout sorted by what's been edited, commented, or updated most recently. Filter by type or crew member from the toolbar, and your freshest ideas always rise to the top.

A bug was causing your monthly report's AI-written narrative to come back blank or fail entirely when regenerating. This is now fixed, so your full report and individual sections generate as expected every time.

You can now generate polished monthly social media performance reports for your clients right inside ContentCrew. Pull in your organic and paid-ads metrics, let AI draft the narrative sections, then fine-tune everything in a side-by-side editor before exporting to PDF. Customize your report layout with reusable templates your whole crew can share.

Connect your Meta and TikTok ad accounts to see how your paid campaigns are performing without leaving ContentCrew. The new Ads Insights area gives you spend, ROAS, conversions, and your biggest movers at a glance, plus drill-downs into each campaign and ad with creative previews, daily trends, and audience details. Helpful tooltips explain metrics like ROAS and CTR, and clear status messages tell you when a platform is still syncing or an ad was rejected.

Signing in on your phone is smoother now. The login form stays put when the keyboard opens, so the Log in button is always visible and easy to tap.

The What's New screen got a fresh look with filter chips, a timeline view, and quick jump-to-month navigation. You can now tap the fire reaction on any update and leave comments to share what you think — we read every one.

Capture shoot plans, meeting notes, and other long-form docs in the new Pages tab. Start from a template or a blank page, format with rich text and checklists, and everything autosaves and stays in sync for your whole crew.

Your videos now publish at full quality. We send a high-resolution version straight to Instagram and other platforms, so your Reels and posts look crisp instead of soft.

When you tap Publish Now, your post heads out to your social platforms right away instead of waiting around for a few minutes first. Scheduled posts still go out at the time you picked.

Your draft now switches from "Processing video" to the playable video on its own as soon as it's ready — no more manual refresh. Upload status also reads more clearly with simple "Preparing", "Uploading", and "Finishing up" labels.

Uploading videos to drafts on the web is now noticeably faster, and you'll see a clear "Processing video" indicator while the upload finishes. Once it's ready, your draft updates on its own with the optimized version.

Uploading a 4K or otherwise oversized video to a draft on the web no longer breaks publishing. We now optimize the video in the background and show a clear "Video is still being processed" state, then let you publish as soon as it's ready.

Creating a campaign now uses a cleaner, more polished layout that matches the rest of the app. You'll also see a clearer action bar at the bottom with Cancel, Save as draft, and Create campaign buttons, so it's easier to step away without losing your work.

Have a question or need a quick draft? Click the new Ask AI pill in the bottom-right of any desktop screen to chat with an assistant that already knows your brand voice, topics, and goals. Great for spinning up captions, brainstorming angles, or getting fast answers without leaving what you're doing.

A fresh look across login, campaign detail, and the Media Library. Sign in on a cleaner split-card layout, navigate campaigns with a clearer header that highlights what's pending and a status filter for contributors, and browse Media Library with a new sidebar of smart collections and sources plus a tile or list view. A consistent back chevron now appears throughout the app.

Your home screen and sidebar got a fresh look. The home screen now greets you with a daily brief, quick stats, your weekly calendar, active campaigns, and your ideas and tasks all in one place. The sidebar is cleaner with a crew switcher and a command palette you can open from anywhere with ⌘K.

Selecting multiple files in your Media Library now downloads them as a single zip archive, so you actually get every file you picked instead of just one. Single-file downloads still come through as the original file, no zip wrapper.

Need to grab a batch of files at once? Turn on Select mode in the Media Library on the web to pick multiple files and download the originals in one go. Files arrive with clear, dated names so they're easy to find later.

Your views chart now shows the real date range, lets you tap any point to see the exact view count for that day, and zooms in so subtle changes in your trend are easy to spot. We also cleaned up duplicate snapshots so your totals stay accurate.

See your account views at a glance with a new 30-day trend chart on the Insights screen. It sums views across all your connected accounts, with clean date labels and rounded numbers so it's easy to read.

Pick the exact hour your posts go out, not just the day. The Edit Schedule screen now has a time-of-day picker, new schedules default to 9:00 AM, and rescheduling from the calendar keeps the time you already set.

Your analytics page now leads with the charts that matter most. Platform Comparison and Engagement Breakdown are tucked away by default — tap "Show all graphs" at the bottom whenever you want the full picture.

Add content to your calendar, pick the platforms you want to post to, and let ContentCrew schedule and publish straight to your social accounts. You'll see a live status badge so you know when posts are queued, publishing, or live.

Campaign Detail now opens with a review cockpit showing pending, approved, and declined counts, plus a one-tap jump to the next clip waiting on you. Pending clips stand out with larger thumbnails while approved and declined ones quietly recede, contributor sections show clear "5 clips · 2 approved" summaries, and Brief files, links, and videos are unified into a single tidy list. The Publish confirmation now spells out exactly who's about to see your brief.

Stuck on what to post next? Tap the brainstorm button when creating a new idea and we'll suggest five fresh content ideas based on your brand, topics, and goals. Add an optional prompt to steer the suggestions, then pick one to start your idea.

Alerts and confirmation dialogs on the web now match the rest of the app's design in both light and dark mode, instead of using your browser's plain pop-ups.

See how your content performs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook all in one place. Connect your accounts in a couple of taps to get follower counts, engagement rates, your top posts, best day to post, posting consistency, follower growth, and per-post analytics — no more jumping between apps.

Want the AI to really understand your business? In AI Guidelines, switch to the new Business tab, paste your website URL, and we'll pull in details about your company, audience, competitors, and positioning. From then on, every AI suggestion takes that context into account alongside your brand voice.

Uploading contributor videos on mobile web no longer freezes partway through. Videos now finish uploading reliably and you'll see a clear "Processing video" indicator while we get them ready to view.

Chats with contributors now show their actual name instead of a generic "Contributor" label, so it's easier to tell conversations apart. The chat list also got a small visual polish.

Adding content to your calendar is now easier to scan, with sections for Recent, Reels, Posts, and Stories, a "See all" view with search, and the right thumbnail shape for each format. The Home screen also gets a new "+" button that opens a quick actions menu so you can jump straight into creating something new.

Contributors can now upload bigger media files to your campaigns. We've doubled the upload limit to 200 MB, so longer videos and higher-quality clips fit without trouble.

Need help writing the perfect caption? Tap generate on any draft and we'll suggest six caption variations with hashtags, tailored to your post. Like the ones you love, tweak them inline, and delete the rest.

Need a few different angles on the same idea? Open the new variations sidebar while creating a post and generate eight fresh takes at a time, shaped by your brand. Like the ones you love, edit or sort them, and drop the winner straight into your idea.

Need a stronger opening line? Switch the script editor sidebar to Hook mode and we'll generate five hook variations to grab your audience from the first second. Tweak any hook or script variation right inline — tap the pencil to edit, then save when it sounds right.

Need a fresh take on your script? Open the new AI sidebar in the Script editor to generate three on-brand script drafts at a time. Heart the ones you love, delete the rest, and add custom instructions to steer follow-up generations — your variations stick around between saves and sessions.

Campaigns, Crew, Settings, and the top nav got a design refresh. Campaign details now show contributors grouped with their media, with quick Upload, Edit, and Share actions right in the header. Cadence and frequency pickers are cleaner, and chat shows the right role names like Guest and Contributor.

Sharing content for review or contribution is now smoother. Create share links from one unified sheet, pick from clearer expiry options (including 90 days and 1 year, with 30 days as default), and share UGC media straight from its navbar. Links are also shorter and easier to send.

Switching between crews now fully refreshes your view, so you'll never see leftover content from another crew. The Ideas section also stays on your Home screen even when it's empty, with a quick "Create idea..." button to get you started.

Add tasks faster with a new inline "Add task" button right on your Home and Tasks pages — tap it to open the task creator without leaving the screen. Your Home page now shows your three most urgent tasks (yours first, then your crew's) with assignee avatars, and notifications move to the right sidebar on wider screens so everything is easier to scan.

Share links now give outside reviewers and contributors the same full set of status options your crew uses, so they can mark drafts and campaign media with the exact stage they're at — not just approve or reject. Drafts shared via link now show a swipeable media carousel, your crew name and avatar appear on every share page, and first-time visitors are asked for their name so their comments and decisions are properly attributed.

Teach ContentCrew about your brand once and let AI use it everywhere. Open AI Guidelines in your crew settings to add custom instructions, upload brand documents (PDF, PPTX, or DOCX), and manage the brand rules we extract from them — so future AI suggestions sound like you.

See everything on your plate in one place. The new Tasks tab pulls together all your crew's to-dos with My Tasks and Team Tasks filters, plus Open and Completed sections. You can create standalone tasks without tying them to an idea, and a quick Tasks preview now appears on your home screen too.

Creating a task is now quicker — today's date and you as the assignee are filled in by default. The assignee picker is tucked into a tidy dropdown, and every task now needs a due date and an assignee so nothing slips through the cracks.

Switching between crews no longer kicks you back to the Home tab. You stay right where you were so you can keep working without losing your place.

Your home screen now always shows campaigns when you have them. If nothing is active, we'll show your recently ended campaigns or drafts instead, so you can pick up where you left off.

If you're part of lots of crews, your profile no longer pushes settings and other menu items off the screen. We show your first five crews by default, with a "Show all" toggle to expand the full list when you need it.

Contributors uploading to your campaigns can now send video files up to 100MB. If a file is too big, they'll see a clear message explaining what went wrong instead of a generic error.

Contributors can now upload larger videos to campaigns, with the file size limit raised to 100MB. If an upload is too big, you'll see a clear message explaining what happened instead of a generic error.

Click your avatar in the sidebar to open a dedicated profile page on desktop. Edit your name and photo inline, see all the crews you belong to grouped by role, and jump to settings, feedback, or sign out from one place.

Switch to the new Storyboard view in the Script editor to plan visuals alongside your script. Add b-roll notes, upload reference images for each section, and toggle back to the classic Script view anytime — your view choice is remembered across sessions.

Your crew sidebar now shows up to six members by default with a "Show all" toggle to see the rest. You'll also see active invite codes with their role and usage right below the members list, and a "Create new code" button to generate a new one in a tap.

The three-dot options button on post cards and sheet rows now stays out of the way until you hover, giving your lists and boards a cleaner look on desktop. On mobile it stays visible as before, so it's always within reach.

Admins and managers now see their crew members right alongside the Crew tab on desktop, with avatars, names, and role badges. Tap a member to quickly change their role.

Switching between Crew and Settings from the sidebar no longer leaves a stray back button on the Crew screen. Navigation now returns you cleanly to the top of Crew.

We tuned the text colors across the app for sharper contrast and clearer hierarchy. Headings, secondary text, and disabled labels are now easier to tell apart, whether you're working in light or dark mode.

Need feedback or media from someone outside your crew? Admins and managers can now create secure share links for any draft, post, campaign, or UGC media. Recipients can review, comment, approve or reject, and even upload content — no account needed — and links are time-limited so you stay in control.

The Settings and Crew buttons in the sidebar now behave consistently. Tapping Settings while already on Settings keeps you put, and tapping Crew always takes you back to your crew.

Attach PDFs, slides, images, and other documents directly to your campaign briefs so contributors have everything they need in one place. Give each file a friendly display name, and your crew can download them right from the campaign page.

Want more room for your content? Drag the edge of the sidebar to resize it, all the way down to icons only or back out to its full width. Double-click the edge to snap it back to the default, and your preferred size is remembered next time you open ContentCrew.

Your draft videos and images now stretch all the way to the edges of your phone screen, so previews feel bigger and more immersive. The header, caption, and action buttons stay nicely aligned around them.

Downloads now keep the original file format, so images save as images and videos save as videos instead of all coming through as .mp4.

Switching crews on the web no longer leaves you staring at a blank screen. The crew selector now opens reliably and takes you to the right place every time.

ContentCrew has a refreshed visual design inspired by modern apps like Notion and Linear. Expect cleaner colors, tighter typography with a clearer hierarchy, softer dark and light modes, and smoother hover effects across the app.

Uploading videos and images now shows a clear progress bar covering both compression and upload, so you always know how far along you are. Campaign brief uploads show progress for the first time, and you'll get a friendlier message if a file is too large.

Drafts now size correctly so videos no longer get clipped at the bottom, switching between reel and post drafts feels smoother without the header jumping, and you can scrub the video progress bar even when the draft overlay is showing.

Campaign brief videos now play with a properly aligned progress bar and display in the correct aspect ratio, so portrait and landscape clips look right every time.

A new Sheet view lets you see all your ideas laid out in a clean, scrollable list — making it easier to scan, compare, and pick what to work on next.

We rebuilt how videos are compressed and played back. Videos now compress significantly faster when uploading, and the player has a new progress bar you can scrub through. On mobile, videos play inline instead of taking over the whole screen.

When you create a new crew, an invite code is automatically generated. No extra steps — just share the code and get people in.

You can now control what content is visible to contributors and guests in your campaigns. Set who sees what — so the right people only see what's relevant to them.

Add tasks directly to your ideas to track what needs to get done before publishing. Check off items as you go and keep your workflow organized.

On desktop, drafts show a comments sidebar so you can give feedback without opening a separate screen.

Browse all your uploaded media in one place with the new Media Library page. Quickly find videos and images across your crew without digging through individual drafts.

Campaign details got a desktop sidebar with timeline and brief links, fullscreen video playback, and a download button. Admins and Managers can now see contributors and share invite codes right from the Campaigns page.

Group roles have been updated with a new Manager role and clearer naming. Managers can help run the group alongside Admins, while Contributor and Guest better describe member access levels.

The Home tab got a fresh layout that puts your most important content front and center. Quickly jump to ideas, drafts, or your pipeline board right from the main screen.

We restructured how screens are organized behind the scenes, which means fewer loading hiccups and faster transitions as you move between tabs and screens.

Check out the new Roadmap screen to see what features are planned, in progress, and recently shipped. You can also suggest ideas and vote on what matters most to your workflow.

When creating or editing an idea, you can now tag it as a Reel, Post, or Story. This makes it clear for your whole crew what format you're planning.

Crews can now be set as either a Team (internal content team) or an Agency (working with external clients). This helps ContentCrew fit the way you actually work.

When you create or edit an idea, your pipeline board now updates instantly — no need to refresh or navigate away and come back.

Planning a video? The Script Editor just got easier to use. Set a target duration for your script, drag sections to reorder them, and enjoy a smoother writing flow overall.

Idea cards on your pipeline board are now simpler and easier to scan. You'll see just the title, description, and a quick-actions menu — less clutter, more focus.

When you upload a draft, ContentCrew now saves two versions: a lightweight one for quick previewing in the app, and the full-quality original for downloading and publishing. You'll also see a progress bar so you know exactly where your upload stands.

If you use ContentCrew on a computer, the sidebar is now easier to navigate. Settings and your profile are always visible, and switching between crews is right at the top.

The Script Editor has a brand new document-style layout that feels more natural to write in. You can add, remove, and rearrange sections freely, change section types on the fly, and copy your entire script to paste into other tools.

Setting how often you want to post is now done with a simple stepper (+/−) instead of tiles. Faster and more intuitive.

Need to save a draft to your device? There's now a Download button right in the draft actions. Great for sending content to clients or uploading to other platforms.

Creating a campaign is now more straightforward. Fields are labeled more clearly — "Campaign title" and "Mission & Objectives" — so you know exactly what to fill in.

Your Kanban columns now read left-to-right: Idea, Draft, Review, Ready. This matches the natural flow of content creation.

Each idea now has a production checklist so you can track everything that needs to happen before a piece of content is ready to go live. No more forgetting steps.

See all your ideas organized in a visual board with columns for each stage: Idea, Draft, Review, and Ready. Switch between the board view and a list view anytime.

Content now has a proper approval flow. Creators can request approval, and once approved, the idea gets an "Add to Calendar" button. Everyone can see what's been approved and what's still in review.

You can now connect your video drafts directly to ideas. This keeps everything organized — when you open an idea, you'll see the latest draft thumbnail right there.

Plan your videos directly in ContentCrew with the new Script Editor. Write structured scripts broken into sections, and see a preview right on the idea card.

ContentCrew now works in your web browser and can be installed as an app on your desktop. On larger screens you'll get a sidebar navigation, side-by-side chat, two-column ideas layout, and a calendar view for upcoming content.

Campaigns now support start and end dates so you can plan time-bound pushes. You can also attach multiple reference links and edit campaigns after they've been created. Plus, tag your ideas with channels like Instagram or TikTok.

Working with external content creators? You can now invite them as Contributors. They get a dedicated upload experience and their own chat channel with your team — but they're kept separate from your internal crew.

All uploaded media (profile pictures, chat images, drafts, post images) is now stored privately. Only people with access to your crew can view the content.

Organize your content around campaigns — briefs with objectives that your whole crew can rally around. Attach videos, images, and reference materials. Perfect for product launches, seasonal pushes, or client projects.

Connect your Instagram account and see your performance right inside ContentCrew. Track reach, interactions, and follower changes with trend indicators. Tap into any post to see detailed stats and charts.

Crew settings moved to a full settings page. Update your crew image, manage topics (add, edit, or remove them), and configure your crew — all in one place.

Stay in the loop with the Activity feed. See when someone posts a new draft, shares an idea, or makes updates — all in one scrollable timeline with thumbnails.

Admins can now see a full member list and promote or demote other members to admin. This makes it easy to share management responsibilities as your team grows.

Plan when your content goes live with the Upcoming view. Set your posting cadence, schedule ideas to specific dates, and see everything laid out week-by-week with slot counts showing how many posts you still need to fill.

Profile pictures and crew avatars are now visible throughout the app. The overall design shifted to a clean, neutral color palette with better layouts for the feed, headers, and menus.

Never miss a beat — get notified on your phone when someone posts a new draft or shares content with your crew.

We renamed Groups to Crews everywhere in the app. It better reflects the collaborative, creative nature of your team.

Chat just got a lot more useful. Send photos directly in conversations, react to messages, and create your own group chats to discuss specific topics with select crew members.

Show agreement with a quick like on any comment. A faster way to give feedback without writing a full reply.

Attach links to your ideas — inspiration articles, competitor examples, mood boards, or brand guidelines. Everything your crew needs to understand the vision, right alongside the idea.

If someone's being disruptive, you can now block users or flag inappropriate content. Blocked people are hidden from your view across the entire app, including chat.

Posting a carousel? Drafts now support multiple images and videos in a single upload. Perfect for multi-slide Instagram posts.

Tap on any idea to open a full detail page with everything in one place: the caption, comments, crew ratings, AI score, linked drafts, and reference links.

Your crew can now rate ideas to help surface the best content. Even better — ContentCrew's AI automatically scores your ideas and gives you feedback to improve them before you start creating.

Rating isn't just for ideas. Your crew can also rate video drafts, helping you decide which takes to publish and which need another round.

Find what you're looking for faster with idea filters. Filter by topic, rating status, and more. One tap clears all filters when you're done.

ContentCrew now supports dark mode. The app follows your phone's setting automatically — easier on the eyes when you're planning content late at night.

Your crew now has roles. Admins can manage settings, topics, and see everything. Members get a focused view of just their crew's content.

Made a typo? Changed your mind on the caption? You can now edit your ideas and drafts after posting them. Changes show up immediately.

Not ready to delete an idea or draft? Archive it instead. It's moved out of your active feed but saved for later if you change your mind.

First time in ContentCrew? A friendly welcome screen guides you to either create a new crew or join an existing one with an invite code.

Browse video drafts in a full-screen vertical feed — just like scrolling through Reels or TikTok. Videos auto-play with sound as you swipe through.

Keep your content organized by topic. Create categories like "Product launches," "Behind the scenes," or "Tutorials," then tag your ideas and drafts. Filter by topic to find what you need fast.

Quickly show love for content with the like button on ideas and drafts. Likes appear instantly.

Comments now support replies, so conversations stay organized. Reply directly to a specific comment instead of everything piling up in one flat list.

Every crew now has built-in chat. When you join a crew, 1-on-1 conversations are automatically created with each member so you can start collaborating right away.
