Need to follow up on a DM or comment? Create a task straight from any Community inbox conversation and jump back to the thread from your task list. You'll see assignee avatars and completed checkmarks right on the conversation, so nothing slips through.

Comments in your Community inbox now open as a social-style thread with the original post, indented replies, and per-comment moderation actions. Tap Reply to jump into the composer with the handle already @mentioned, and direct message bubbles now show timestamps so it's easier to follow the conversation.

Planning a photo carousel? Add a header and caption for each slide, drag to reorder, and attach an optional reference image. Copy all the text at once for handoff, and let AI use your slide copy when generating the post caption.

On phone-sized screens, property options like Visibility now show up right where you'd expect them, so you can always reach them without menus running off the edge. Managers can also add the first work file to an idea straight from the idea screen, and duplicate-link alerts now tell you exactly which property already has that link.

Idea properties like Format, Content Pillar, and Calendar now sit in a single compact row of chips at the top of your idea, so you can set them at a glance instead of scrolling. References and work files are also split into their own chips and sections — references for the inspiration behind an idea, work files for the material you'll use to make it.

Planning paid content? Ads are now their own idea type alongside your organic posts. Pick the ad platforms you're running on, add a call-to-action and landing URL, and filter your Ideas, Plan, and calendar views to see just your ads or just your organic content.

When creating a new idea, you can now schedule it straight to your Plan with the new Add to Calendar action. Pick a date from the calendar and your idea lands on the right day — no extra steps needed.

If you're an owner or admin of an organization, you now automatically see every workspace in that org — not just the ones you've been added to. Your own workspaces stay pinned in the sidebar, with the rest tucked behind Show all.

Longer descriptions for your content pillars and formats now have room to breathe. The edit field is taller and list cards show the full description instead of cutting it off.

Your Meta ads reach in reports now matches what you see in Meta Ads Manager. We fetch de-duplicated reach at the account level so numbers aren't inflated when you're running multiple campaigns.

Recent Posts and Latest Comments on Insights now line up neatly, even when the last row isn't full. No more oversized cards at the end of the grid.

Sending us feedback is now quicker. Just type what's on your mind — no need to pick a category first.

Have a visual you want to capture the vibe of? You can now attach reference images to any idea. Upload them when creating or editing an idea, browse them in a grid, and tap to view full-screen — perfect for mood boards, examples, and inspiration.

The "Submitted by" filter now includes all crew roles, so managers and contributors show up alongside admins and members. We also fixed a display glitch where advanced filter submenus were cut off, making them easy to browse again.

Editing an idea now correctly shows the format you saved, even when opening the edit screen from a link. Creating a new format from the idea editor also keeps the rest of your idea intact.

When you invite or add someone to a crew, you can now assign them the Admin role directly from the role picker — as long as you have admin permissions yourself.

You can now connect Google Ads alongside Meta and TikTok. Link your account to keep all your ad connections in one place — insights for Google Ads are on the way.

Switching between workspaces is now simpler on mobile. The More tab shows a single workspace selector with your active organization underneath, and you can drill into other organizations right from the same sheet.

Community now has its own spot in the main navigation, so replies and comments are just one tap away. The desktop sidebar is also grouped into collapsible Plan & Make, Collaborate, and Measure sections that remember how you left them.

Pick your own metrics for the Ads overview chart and choose which columns show on the campaigns table — no more 3-metric limit. The campaigns table now scrolls horizontally so you can see every column you've added, and mixed campaign goals are handled cleanly without hiccups.

We've cleaned up the wording across ContentCrew so things are named for what they actually are. Your tenant, its settings, and the nav item now say "Workspace", member labels are simpler inside a workspace, and the old "Crew" grouping is now "Collaborate". ContentCrew is still the name on the door.

Picking a cover photo now works the way you'd expect. The scrubber stays exactly where you release it instead of jumping back to the start or end, and if the save fails it snaps back to your last confirmed pick so you know where you stand.

You can now middle-click or cmd/ctrl-click a Workspace in the sidebar to open it in a new browser tab. A regular click still switches Workspaces in place like before.

Creating a new workspace is now easier to find. You'll see a "Create workspace" action right in the crew switcher menu, plus a quick plus button next to the Edit toggle in your sidebar.

Want to spin off a variation of an existing idea? Duplicate now creates a true copy — including the script, storyboard, media, links, channels, and tasks — instead of just pre-filling a new idea. Duplicate straight from the list with an Undo option, or open an idea and confirm the copy's name before jumping into it.

Bring your Pages to life with inline images — insert them from the toolbar or just paste them in. You can also @mention crew members to loop them in, and they'll get a notification with a link straight to the page.

Long dropdown menus, like the report period picker, now scroll when they don't fit on screen. No more hidden options you can't reach on smaller or zoomed-in windows.

Reply to comments and DMs from your connected social accounts in one place. The new Community inbox under Insights lets your crew filter conversations, jump into threads, reply, and moderate comments — with read status and assignments shared across your team.

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube no longer show a confusing dash for profile visits in the organic channels table. Those cells are now left blank, since the metric isn't available for those platforms, while Facebook still shows its real value.

Need to log content that already went out, or backfill your calendar? You can now drag ideas onto past days and tap any past date to add content, so your calendar reflects what actually happened.

Submitted a bug report or feature request? You'll now get an email as soon as we mark it done, with a link to My reports so you can see what shipped.

Adding a link to text in a page now works reliably. Select the words you want to link, tap the link button, and your URL is applied to the selection. If a selection would break formatting, we'll let you know instead of silently mangling it.

Inviting people to your org or crew now uses email invitations instead of 6-character codes. Send invites to multiple emails at once, resend or revoke pending invites from the members list, and invitees just click the link in their email to join.

Organization admins can now update member roles and remove members right from Organization Settings. We've also added a distinct Owner role — only owners can change billing, promote others to owner, or remove another owner, and the last remaining owner is protected so your organization always has someone in charge.

Your reports and Ads Insights now include every campaign across your ad accounts, so numbers are no longer artificially low. Per-campaign CTR matches what you see in Ads Manager, best-performing ads show real spend and CPM, and video stats only appear when there's actual data to show.

No more inbox floods when your crew has a burst of activity. We now group email notifications into a single tidy digest per crew, and you can choose Batched or Instant delivery in your notification settings.

When one of your connected social accounts stops working, you'll now reliably see a reconnect banner on your Home and Insights screens. Previously some broken accounts could slip through without a warning — now they're clearly flagged so you can fix them fast.

Your goals now keep a full history for every window they run. Open any goal to see its trajectory chart with an on-pace line, publish markers, the top posts from that window, and a clear achieved, missed, or inconclusive result once the window closes — with recurring goals tracked window by window instead of piling up.

When copying a storyboard from another idea, you'll now see scheduled ideas in the list too. Any idea with a storyboard can be used as a source, whether or not it's already on the calendar.

Reusing a script across ideas no longer means retyping every section. Open the new overflow menu in the storyboard to copy your script to another idea, or pull one in from an existing idea. Nothing gets overwritten — content is appended, with undo if you change your mind.

Tapping an idea on the mobile plan calendar now opens the idea instead of the actions menu. The toolbar also fits neatly on one row on smaller screens, with bigger tap targets for the month arrows.

Reporting has been rebuilt from the ground up. Pick any period (week, month, quarter, year, or custom range), create multiple reports per period with your own titles, and shape each report from composable blocks you can add, rearrange, and bind to the data you care about. Campaign reports are richer too, with goal-aware KPIs, ad-set breakdowns, best-performing content, and full TikTok metrics.

If one of your connected social accounts stops working, you'll now see a clear warning on your Home and Insights screens with a one-tap option to reconnect. No more silent failures when a token expires — you'll know right away what needs your attention.

Your Facebook pages now show the correct follower count on the Insights screen instead of zero.

Connecting a social account from Insights now returns you back to your analytics instead of landing on a Not Found page.

Your Recent Posts in Insights now lead with the newest posts across all your connected accounts, instead of grouping by account and burying fresh posts under "Show all". The same order is used everywhere posts appear — Insights, Home, and charts.

Goal progress now reflects your real numbers, even when tracking views across many accounts at once. We fixed an issue where progress could quietly drop to a fraction of the true total and stay stuck there for hours.

Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube can penalize accounts that post AI-generated media without labeling it. You can now set a crew-wide default for AI disclosure and toggle it per draft before publishing, so your posts go out with the right label. We also fixed an issue where the first TikTok post could publish as private to yourself instead of public.

Draft previews now automatically match the shape of your first image or video, so 4:5, square, and vertical carousels all preview correctly without changing a setting. No more picking an aspect ratio by hand on every new post.

Prefer an earlier take over the latest one? When an idea has more than one draft, you can now pick which version to publish right from the publish screen — the preview, caption and cover all follow your choice. If a post fails, retrying re-sends that same version instead of jumping to the newest draft.

Get an email the moment a task is assigned to you, plus a daily reminder if anything is overdue. That way nothing slips through the cracks, even when you're not in the app.

Take a post off your calendar right from the tile — hover the "..." on web or long-press on mobile to open actions. Removing is instant with an Undo toast instead of a confirmation popup, and the content stays safe as a draft.

Your ads overview now shows how each metric compares to the previous period, with color-coded deltas and inline sparklines on every KPI tile. Campaign and ad detail charts overlay a faint previous-period line so you can spot trends at a glance, and the campaign detail screen now leads with the metrics that match your campaign's goal.

When you open a reference link that doesn't have a saved video or images, you'll now see a thumbnail with a play badge instead of an empty space. Tap it to open the original post in your browser.

Tap the menu on any connected account in Insights to jump straight to its public profile in a new tab, or disconnect it. The account menu now opens as a tidy dropdown right where you tapped.

Your TikTok carousel ads now show up as carousels in ad insights instead of being labeled as single images.

Your ads reporting now shows the numbers that actually match each campaign's goal — leads for lead-gen, sales for sales campaigns, and so on — across tables, KPI strips, charts, and top-performing ads. Lead-gen campaigns also show a new Leads section with each submission's date, email, and phone (tap to copy), plus a link back to the ad that brought them in.

Organization goals now report the right numbers. We fixed several ways totals could double-count or read only a slice of your data, so ad spend, leads, reach, followers and other org-level goals match what's really happening. The Strategy screen also shows crew and organization goals together in one sectioned list, with a clearer create menu and a two-column layout on larger screens.

Meet Strategy, a new way to set real, measurable goals like "100k views between July 20 and August 15" or "keep ad spend under $1,000 this month." Progress updates automatically from your connected accounts, goals can be scoped to a single channel or your whole org, and each one shows a live pace marker so you can tell at a glance whether you're on track, behind, or ahead. Your top goals also show up on Home, ranked by what needs attention first.

Meta's ad creative links used to expire, leaving many of your ads with blank thumbnails. We now keep our own copy of each creative so your ads library stays fully visual, even for older campaigns.

The Ads screens now work properly on mobile. The date range picker collapses into a tidy dropdown so Month and Custom are always reachable, campaign titles get their own row instead of being squeezed, and ad set details stack neatly instead of overflowing the screen.

The page you're viewing in the Pages list now stands out clearly with a colored accent bar and highlight, so you can always tell where you are at a glance.

Creating a new crew now works smoothly — the new crew is automatically selected once it's ready, and the Create Crew option only shows for people who can actually create one, so you won't hit a confusing error.

Insights now loads noticeably faster thanks to a single combined data fetch and smarter server-side caching. Ad and post pages also recover from brief hiccups instead of showing partial results, and opening a post detail now matches exactly what you saw in the list.

Type @ in any comment to tag a crewmate and pull them into the conversation. They'll get an in-app alert, a push notification, and an email with a link that takes them straight to the idea or draft.

Tapping a draft thumbnail in an idea's Drafts row now opens the exact draft you tapped, instead of jumping to the second one.

Your monthly reports now show the correct Facebook impressions, profile visits, and followers for the exact month you're reporting on, instead of a rolling 30-day window with outdated metrics. We also made sure a hiccup fetching campaign details won't blank out your paid ads section, and fixed a case where the per-platform breakdown of your top posts could go missing.

Tapping a draft notification now takes you straight to that specific draft instead of the general drafts list. New draft emails also show a preview of the caption in the subject and body, so they're easier to tell apart in your inbox.

Tapping "more" on a long caption now lets you scroll through the full text right inside the draft, with a clear "less" control to collapse it again. Short captions stay clean with no extra buttons.

Liking a comment now shows a filled heart instead of a question mark. Stars used to mark favorites render correctly too.

Your name now shows up correctly when you open the account edit screen, instead of appearing blank.

You can now get notifications by email in addition to push. Head to Notification settings to independently toggle push and email, so you only hear from us the way you want.

Your Ads overview now leads with the campaigns table and shows only campaigns with activity in the selected date range, so it's easier to focus on what's actually running. The Top Performing Ads section (previously "Biggest Movers") now sits below for a clearer read on results.

Your Ads overview now highlights the individual ads driving change, with clear reasons like Top engagement or Highest spend and the campaign each ad belongs to. The overview chart opens on Reach, CTR, Spend, and Traffic to website, and the default date range is now the last 6 months so trends are easier to spot.

Dragging an idea to a new day on the Upcoming calendar now moves the card instantly instead of waiting a beat. Rapid back-to-back drags stay in the right place too.

Pick the metrics that matter most to your crew and see them across the Ads overview, campaigns table, and detail views. Charts now let you toggle between metrics right from the card header, campaign and ad views show goal-relevant KPIs first, and new audience, timeline, and engagement data give you a richer picture of how your ads are performing.

Uploading a profile picture on the web now opens a square crop tool where you can pan and zoom to frame your face just right. No more accidentally cropped-out heads in your avatar.

Editing an idea now correctly keeps its type (like Reel or Post) in sync, even after a hard reload. On desktop, the type selector in the idea header opens as a clean dropdown instead of a bottom sheet.

Your profile and Send feedback button now stay visible at the bottom of the sidebar, even when you're in Settings or switching crews. No more hunting around to share your thoughts with us.

More room to write. Descriptions, comments, captions, and prompts now hold up to 5,000 characters, and titles can run up to 250. The character counter also stays out of your way until you actually hit the limit.

Admins can now update your crew's name right from Crew profile settings. Just tap the name field, make your edit, and it saves automatically.

Your caption and YouTube title edits on the Publish screen now save automatically when you navigate away, so you won't lose changes if you don't hit Publish right then. We also fixed the cover photo picker on web, which sometimes showed the very first frame instead of the frame you'd chosen.

Zoom in on the exact time window you care about. Pick a preset like this month or set a custom start and end date, and the date range applies to both your Overview and individual campaigns.

Sign out now lives inside Account settings alongside Delete account, and tapping your profile in the sidebar takes you straight to Settings. One less item cluttering the sidebar, and everything account-related is in one place.

Titles and the back button in the reel and story draft feed are now easier to see, with white text and a subtle shadow so they stand out over dark video. Long titles also truncate cleanly instead of running into the video controls.

Settings and Workspace have a fresh, streamlined layout with a single side rail that swaps in when you open them, so it's easier to jump between sections. Each section now has its own link you can bookmark or share, and browser back steps through them naturally. Account, Crew profile, and Schedule settings got a cleaner, more compact look with auto-save as you type.

Creating an Instagram carousel? You can now set your draft to a 3:4 aspect ratio — Instagram's recommended format — right from the aspect ratio picker.

Videos in the campaign media viewer now display fully contained at their true aspect ratio, so nothing gets clipped or stretched no matter the shape of the clip.

The Members list now shows a "Last active" column that reflects when each teammate was actually using ContentCrew, not just the last time they signed in. It's an easier way to see who's currently engaged with your crew.

Manage your crew's members from one place. The new Members screen shows everyone in your crew with their role, join date, and last sign-in, plus quick actions to add existing organization members, invite new people, change roles, or remove someone.

Connecting your ad accounts is simpler to look at. The Ads Insights start screen now uses the same clean, centered layout as the rest of Insights, with clear options for Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You'll also see a spinner while things load instead of a flash of empty buttons.

Room to breathe when describing your content pillars. You can now write up to 1,000 characters, so there's plenty of space to capture the full picture of each pillar for your crew.

Managers can now edit and manage ideas and drafts directly, matching the permissions they already had on the backend. No more being blocked from actions you should have access to.

Switching crews from the sidebar now takes you somewhere that makes sense. If you're viewing a specific item like an idea, we pop you back to that section's list for the new crew instead of leaving you on content that doesn't belong.

Managers can now add new content pillars right from the pillar picker, just like they can with goals and formats. No need to ask an admin for a quick addition.

On mobile web, give your phone a shake to instantly open the feedback dialog and tell us what's on your mind. We also fixed the description field so plain Enter adds a new line, and Cmd/Ctrl + Enter sends.

When you don't have any social accounts connected yet, Insights now lists Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook as one-tap "Connect" options right in the empty state. While we're linking your account, a clear full-screen message lets you know exactly what's happening.

Managers can now add and edit scripts on ideas, matching their editor permissions. We also added reorder, type change, and delete controls to storyboard sections, so any crew member with editor access can rearrange their storyboard.

Give your AI client reports a look that matches your brand. Choose a default accent color for your whole crew, or override it on any individual report — pick from presets or dial in a custom color. Your choice sticks around even after regenerating or refreshing the report.

Managers can now edit content status, schedule posts on the calendar, approve UGC media, and create or edit formats — matching the permissions admins already have.

Belong to multiple crews? You can now drag them into the order that works best for you. Hover the crew list, hit Edit, and rearrange with the drag handles.

Your Insights tab is now more powerful. See views and engagement trends side by side, open a full gallery of every chart, pick from 7/30/90/180 day ranges or set a custom window, and browse your latest comments in a tidy card grid. Publish status also updates more reliably so posts no longer get stuck on "Creating post" after going live.

You can now add Instagram carousel and image posts as reference links on your ideas. We'll pull in the images so you can flip through the whole carousel right inside the reference preview, even when there's no transcript to show.

Bold, italic, and underline keyboard shortcuts now work as expected in the Pages editor, so formatting your docs is quicker.

Browsing multi-media drafts on the web is now easier with clickable previous and next arrows plus tappable dots to jump straight to any slide. The active dot also stays in sync as you navigate.

Want to spin off a new idea from an existing one? Tap Duplicate in the idea actions menu and we'll open the create form pre-filled with the original's title, description, pillar, format, goal, visibility, post type, and attached links. Tweak whatever you need and save.

Feedback you send now shows up in a new "My reports" view in Settings and inside the feedback dialog, with live status so you can see what's been triaged, in progress, or shipped. Submitting is snappier too — the dialog closes right away, and you can press Enter to send (Shift+Enter for a new line).

The report editor is now a direct-edit canvas: click any cell, heading, or bullet to change it, and drag to reorder rows, columns, and sections like a spreadsheet. Every save is snapshotted so you can browse past versions and restore any one as a new draft, and reports now support quarterly and monthly periods with a warmer, more grounded AI narrative that stays fully localized in English or Finnish.

Dig into every post you've published with a new All Published Posts view. Sort by recent, views, likes, or engagement, and filter by platform, pillar, or format to find exactly what you're looking for. A new date range picker lets you focus on today, the last week, month, or quarter.

Trying to publish a post with a scheduled time in the past now shows a clear message asking you to pick a future time or use Publish Now. When something goes wrong while sending to social platforms, you'll also see the real reason instead of a generic "couldn't reach" message.

Choosing ad accounts is easier with a searchable, platform-grouped picker that keeps your selections pinned at the top. After you connect a new platform, its section opens automatically so you can jump straight to picking accounts. TikTok accounts now show their currency to help you tell them apart.

Your monthly report now shows accurate engagement numbers for Facebook and Instagram. We rebuilt how per-channel engagement is calculated so likes, comments, shares, and saves match what you actually earned during the month.

Make every monthly report your own. Drag to reorder sections, add or remove blocks like Top Posts, and upload a cover image to set the tone — all without changing your template. Your custom layout sticks around even if you regenerate the report.

Your monthly report now includes AI-generated "What's coming" and "Discussion points" sections you can regenerate on the fly, and switching between English and Finnish instantly re-runs the whole narrative in your chosen language. Ad metrics are also more accurate — Meta CTR, new followers, and paid actions now reflect real performance instead of inflated numbers — and the editor preview, export, and present view all show identical formatting.

You can now revisit which ad accounts to show at any time. A "Manage ad accounts" button lives in your connections settings, so updating your selection after initial setup is just a tap away.

Your monthly report's paid ads section now only shows campaigns from the ad accounts you've selected, so other clients' data won't leak in. We also polished the section with the top 3 ads per ad set, color-coded objectives, cleaner spend formatting, and tighter narrative bullets.

Monthly reports now pull accurate analytics and the real posts you published that month, including YouTube alongside your other connected platforms. The Generate dialog is easier to scan with a cleaner two-column layout and full month names, top posts show real thumbnails, and unconnected platforms no longer show up as empty rows.

Signed in on more than one device? Notifications now reach every device you're using, instead of getting stuck on just one. We also automatically clean up old devices so alerts keep landing where they should.

Your notifications got a cleaner, easier-to-scan layout with color-coded icons, comment previews, and the parent idea right there so you know what each update is about. Mark everything read in one tap, see an unread count at the top, and keep scrolling for older activity. The home bell now shows a numbered badge so you know exactly how many updates are waiting.

Setting up a new organization and its first crew now works reliably. We squashed a bug that could block onboarding when creating that initial crew.

Comments left on a draft now show up on the parent idea, with a count badge on each draft thumbnail. Activity entries for draft events also display the draft's thumbnail and jump you straight to that draft when you tap them.

Tap the new mute button on any draft video preview to silence or unmute playback, or press 'm' on your keyboard. Handy when you're scrubbing through drafts in a quiet room.

The Ask AI button no longer covers the send button when you're adding a comment on drafts, archived drafts, or UGC media. Your comments go through with a single tap.

Opened a draft from a notification and want to see the idea it belongs to? Tap the idea title at the top of the drafts feed to jump straight to the parent idea.

Control the draft video player from your keyboard on the web. Tap K or Space to play and pause, and use J and L to jump back or forward five seconds while reviewing your drafts.

When you switch between organizations, ContentCrew now remembers the last crew you had open in each one. Switching back drops you right where you left off instead of jumping to a different crew.

Switching crews or orgs from the sidebar now updates the URL to match, and each crew shows its own avatar instead of a generic icon.

Your crews now live inside an organization, so agencies and larger teams can group multiple crews under one roof. Switch between organizations from the top-left, invite teammates with an org code, and manage settings, members, and billing in one place. Crew content stays private to each crew — joining an organization doesn't grant access to its crews.

If your ad connection has access to lots of accounts you don't manage, you can now pick exactly which ones show up for your crew. Admins can configure the visible ad accounts so the ads view stays focused on what matters.

Videos uploaded from your phone now publish at the same high quality as videos uploaded from the web. Your Reels and posts will look crisp on every platform, no matter where you uploaded from.

Your Plan screen now opens in whichever view you used last — calendar, list, or sheet — instead of always starting on calendar. Each crew remembers its own preference.

The Send button in the feedback form now works right away when Bug is pre-selected, so you can submit feedback without having to tap the category again first.

Tapping a draft from activity, notifications, or a post now opens the full swipeable draft view with the video and comments side-by-side on desktop. No more cropped previews — you get the complete view every time.

Links you share now include your crew, so deep links open the right content no matter which crew the recipient currently has selected. URLs are shorter and tidier across the app, admins can rename their crew's URL from Workspace settings, and the "page not found" screen has a fresh look with a working Go home button.

Posts with the same title published on different dates no longer get merged on your home screen, so view counts stay accurate instead of being inflated.

When a scheduled post finishes publishing, the post editor now locks immediately so you can't accidentally edit a live post. If publishing fails, the editor unlocks right away so you can fix it — no refresh needed.

Tapping a text field on iPhone no longer zooms the page in. You can type comfortably in mobile web without the screen jumping around.

When a post finishes going live, its status now flips to Published on its own. No more refreshing the page to see the chip catch up.

Generating caption suggestions was failing every time. It's now fixed, so you can get AI-written caption options for your posts again.

The Today, 7d, 30d, and 90d tabs on the Ads Insights overview now actually update the data you see. Pick a range and your numbers refresh to match.

See the latest comments left on your published videos right inside Insights, and tap any comment to jump to the post. Recent publishes on Home now show comment counts and call out posts getting more comments than usual.

A post's "× typical" multiplier and "Taking off" or "Below typical" label now match wherever you see them. The Home dashboard and Insights grid use the same baseline, so a post that's 8× on Home won't suddenly look like 58× on Insights.

Recent Posts in Insights now show as a responsive card grid, with each card flagging whether the post is "Taking off" or "Below typical" and how many times your usual views it's pulling. Tapping a recent publish on the home dashboard takes you straight to that post's insights instead of the Analytics tab.

Choose exactly which frame becomes your video's cover before publishing. Scrub through a filmstrip in the Publish screen to pick the perfect thumbnail for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, and see it reflected in the preview.

When you're publishing to YouTube, you can now set a separate title alongside your caption — so your video gets a punchy headline and a full description instead of one doing both jobs. Generate with AI fills in both at once, and the publish screen also has a tidier layout with a roomier media preview.

Adding tasks to an idea is quicker now. The task form opens empty every time, the title field is focused automatically, and you can press Enter to save without reaching for the button.

The green "Taking off" badge on your home screen now only appears when a post is truly outperforming. We raised the bar so a post needs to hit five times your typical view count before it earns the badge.

Posts you publish through ContentCrew now show their thumbnails in Insights and on your home screen, instead of a blank placeholder. It's easier to spot which post is which at a glance.

Your Home screen has a fresh dashboard layout. See your tasks split into Overdue, Today, and Up-next, check in on recent publishes with view counts compared to your typical performance, and jump straight to drafts and scripts waiting for review. A side rail keeps What's New, the roadmap, and notifications close at hand. Contributors get a focused view showing active campaigns and the status of their own uploads.

The Plan calendar's toolbar is now a single tidy row with the Today button, month navigation, and filters all in one place. On the web, you can jump around with keyboard shortcuts — P or K for previous, N or J for next, and T for today. Today and selected days no longer nudge the grid when highlighted.

Scheduling is now all in one place. Open Choose Date to pick or change a date, and use the new Remove button to clear a scheduled idea from your calendar — no more separate Edit Schedule screen to hunt down.

Long captions on reference links in ideas no longer push the card off the screen — they now truncate cleanly with an ellipsis.

Updating a post's approval status now feels instant. The status sheet closes right away and the new badge appears immediately, instead of waiting on a spinner.

Quickly find any idea by title or content with the new search field on the Ideas tab. We've also added a friendly "unsaved changes" prompt so you won't lose work if you accidentally back out of creating or editing an idea, and the Create Idea action list is reordered to put Format, Content pillar, and Add a link up top.

Writing captions just got easier. Tap "Generate with AI" on the publish screen to get a short, on-brand caption drawn from your script. The publish screen is also tidier — the publish button sits right below your caption, and the media preview fills the frame at the right aspect ratio.

Posts that went live on Instagram could sometimes show as "Publishing failed" if the link from Instagram arrived a moment late. Your idea screen now correctly shows the post as live, displays the real link once it's available, and won't prompt you to re-publish something that already went out.

When you publish to several platforms at once and one fails, the idea screen now shows every platform that actually went live — not just the last attempt. You'll see a card for each platform with its real status and link, so a partial failure no longer hides your successful posts.

When publishing to multiple platforms at once, if one platform failed but others actually went live, we sometimes offered to republish the successful ones — creating duplicates. We now correctly recognize those platforms as already published, so you can safely retry only the ones that failed.

Published an idea to some platforms but not others? You can now publish to the remaining connected platforms straight from the idea, while the ones already live stay marked as done.

The play button on paused draft videos is now smaller and more subtle, so it doesn't cover on-screen text or dim your video. It also fades in and out with a smooth spring animation.

After you create a new idea, you'll now land right on it instead of bouncing back to the list. That makes it easier to keep the momentum going and start fleshing it out.

Your idea's publish section now shows the right metrics for each platform, including posts you published through ContentCrew, and stays up to date automatically. We also redesigned it into clean per-platform cards with quick links to the live post, analytics, and a Retry option when a platform fails so the rest of your post still goes out.

Your Plan now opens straight to the calendar so you can see the whole month at a glance. The sheet view stretches to the edges of your screen, and the mobile calendar goes fully edge-to-edge for more room to scan your schedule.

Open any idea and you'll see its publish status right at the top — whether it's scheduled, publishing, live, or failed. Once your post is live, tap through to the published post on each platform or check performance metrics for each channel. If a publish partially fails, you can retry just the channels that didn't go through.

Some text throughout the app was showing in the wrong color and was hard to read, especially in dark mode. Text now picks up the right theme color so everything stays easy to read.

You can now tap or drag the progress bar to seek through a reel on the web. Previously the caption area was blocking the timeline, making it impossible to jump to a specific moment.

Spotted a bug or have an idea for us? Open the new feedback dialog from your sidebar profile, the More tab, or the command palette. It grabs a screenshot of what you're looking at and sends it straight to our team.

Tapping a draft notification on the web no longer crashes the app — it now opens the draft as expected.

Copying a script now grabs your b-roll notes too. If a section has no spoken lines, you'll see the b-roll details instead of blank space, so nothing important gets left behind.

Your Plan calendar now shows idea titles right next to the thumbnail, and you can drag any item to another day to reschedule it on the spot. Tapping a day with existing content adds straight to that date, and "+N more" expands so you can see everything at a glance.

Tapping the crew selector from the More tab on mobile web now opens the crew switcher as expected, so you can jump between crews without getting stuck.

Filtering your ideas on desktop is now quicker. The new dropdown menu lets you pick filter values from compact flyout lists across Kanban, Sheet, and Rating views, and a new Script filter lets you narrow down to ideas that have a script — or still need one.

Scripts that only have B-roll no longer show a blank preview on the idea screen. You'll now see each section's label, any B-roll notes, and a count of attached visuals — so it's clear what's in your script at a glance.

Buttons, icon buttons, and view toggles now share a cleaner, more consistent look throughout the app. Headers line up neatly with matching spacing, and tap targets on mobile are bigger so they're easier to hit.

Storyboard thumbnails are small by design, so on the web you can now hover any asset to pop open a larger preview. Videos show a play badge, and the preview keeps the asset's true aspect ratio so you can tell at a glance what you're looking at.

Buttons on the empty-state screens for content pillars, formats, and goals are now clearly visible in dark mode, so you can always see what to tap to get started.

Add Instagram Reels or TikTok links as references to an idea and tap them to preview the transcript, caption, handle, and duration without leaving the app. When you open the Script editor, we'll suggest a ready-to-use script seeded from those reference transcripts and your brand — apply it with one tap.

Scheduling now happens when you publish, not while you're building a draft. The new full-screen publish view shows a live preview of how your reel, post, or story will look once it's live, and stories can be scheduled all at once or frame-by-frame.

New accounts without a crew now see the proper onboarding on the web instead of a blank dashboard. Creating or joining a crew, resetting your password, and opening shared links all land you in the right place, and contributors are correctly routed away from screens that aren't meant for them.

Tag your ideas with formats like Tutorial, Carousel, or Q&A alongside your content pillars to capture both the *what* and the *how* of each post. Manage formats from Crew settings, filter your Ideas list by format, and your AI brainstorms will use them for smarter suggestions.

Generating scripts and hooks now streams in word by word, just like idea variations. No more waiting on a spinner — you'll see your AI-generated content appear smoothly as it's being written.

Typing in the comment box on web now keeps your cursor in place instead of dropping focus after each keystroke. Press Enter to send a comment (Shift+Enter for a new line), and the comment count updates right away.

Managing links on an idea is now easier to use. The Manage Links sheet is more compact, the selected link type is clearly highlighted, and the Add Link button is visible in every theme.

Quickly narrow your Ideas pipeline to a single content pillar with a new filter right in the toolbar. Each option shows how many ideas match, so you can see at a glance where your pillars stand.

The filter bar on your Ideas activity view is easier to scan, with Type, Author, and Advanced filters laid out in a steadier order. A single Clear button now resets everything at once — including advanced filters — so you can get back to a full list in one tap, even from an empty results screen.

Reference links on an idea now show the platform (Instagram, YouTube, Google Docs…) with the URL underneath, and multiple links from the same place are numbered for easy scanning. Adding a duplicate link gives a clear warning, and idea sections now lead with your most advanced work — drafts before scripts before links — with the tasklist always at the bottom.

Browser back and forward now retrace your steps faithfully across every screen on the web, including jumps between sections. Mobile web gets a proper bottom tab bar, headers look consistent everywhere, and the sidebar always highlights the section you're actually viewing.

The mobile bottom bar now focuses on five core destinations — Home, Plan, Ideas, Chat, and More — with a new More hub that groups every other screen so things like Analytics, Reports, Ads, Media, and Tasks are easy to find again. Build your story in a 9:16 preview, schedule each frame for its own time, and track per-frame publishing status as each one goes live. You can also set a stories cadence for your crew so stories show up in your posting rhythm alongside regular posts.

You can now switch the Plan view between weekly and monthly independently of your crew's publishing cadence. The "ready" counts scale to match — so a weekly goal of 3 posts shows as roughly 13 when viewed monthly — and your preference sticks between visits.

Prefer a spreadsheet-style view for planning? The Plan screen now offers a third view alongside list and calendar, grouping your scheduled content into collapsible weekly or monthly sections. Edit approval status and content type right in the row, and customize which columns you see.

The Pipeline view is now the Activity board — a sticky-note style card layout sorted by what's been edited, commented, or updated most recently. Filter by type or crew member from the toolbar, and your freshest ideas always rise to the top.

A bug was causing your monthly report's AI-written narrative to come back blank or fail entirely when regenerating. This is now fixed, so your full report and individual sections generate as expected every time.

You can now generate polished monthly social media performance reports for your clients right inside ContentCrew. Uploading a 4K or otherwise oversized video to a draft on the web no longer breaks publishing. We now optimize the video in the background and show a clear "Video is still being processed" state, then let you publish as soon as it's ready.

Uploading contributor videos on mobile web no longer freezes partway through. Videos now finish uploading reliably and you'll see a clear "Processing video" indicator while we get them ready to view.

Chats with contributors now show their actual name instead of a generic "Contributor" label, so it's easier to tell conversations apart. The chat list also got a small visual polish.

Adding content to your calendar is now easier to scan, with sections for Recent, Reels, Posts, and Stories, a "See all" view with search, and the right thumbnail shape for each format. Need a fresh take on your script? Open the new AI sidebar in the Script editor to generate three on-brand script drafts at a time. Heart the ones you love, delete the rest, and add custom instructions to steer follow-up generations — your variations stick around between saves and sessions.

Campaigns, Crew, Settings, and the top nav got a design refresh. Campaign details now show contributors grouped with their media, with quick Upload, Edit, and Share actions right in the header. Teach ContentCrew about your brand once and let AI use it everywhere. Open AI Guidelines in your crew settings to add custom instructions, upload brand documents (PDF, PPTX, or DOCX), and manage the brand rules we extract from them — so future AI suggestions sound like you.

See everything on your plate in one place. The new Tasks tab pulls together all your crew's to-dos with My Tasks and Team Tasks filters, plus Open and Completed sections. You can create standalone tasks without tying them to an idea, and a quick Tasks preview now appears on your home screen too.

Creating a task is now quicker — today's date and you as the assignee are filled in by default. The assignee picker is tucked into a tidy dropdown, and every task now needs a due date and an assignee so nothing slips through the cracks.

We tuned the text colors across the app for sharper contrast and clearer hierarchy. Headings, secondary text, and disabled labels are now easier to tell apart, whether you're working in light or dark mode.

Need feedback or media from someone outside your crew? Admins and managers can now create secure share links for any draft, post, campaign, or UGC media. Recipients can review, comment, approve or reject, and even upload content — no account needed — and links are time-limited so you stay in control.

The Settings and Crew buttons in the sidebar now behave consistently. Tapping Settings while already on Settings keeps you put, and tapping Crew always takes you back to your crew.

Attach PDFs, slides, images, and other documents directly to your campaign briefs so contributors have everything they need in one place. Give each file a friendly display name, and your crew can download them right from the campaign page.

Want more room for your content? Drag the edge of the sidebar to resize it, all the way down to icons only or back out to its full width. Double-click the edge to snap it back to the default, and your preferred size is remembered next time you open ContentCrew.

Your draft videos and images now stretch all the way to the edges of your phone screen, so previews feel bigger and more immersive. The header, caption, and action buttons stay nicely aligned around them.

Downloads now keep the original file format, so images save as images and videos save as videos instead of all coming through as .mp4.

When you upload a draft, ContentCrew now saves two versions: a lightweight one for quick previewing in the app, and the full-quality original for downloading and publishing. You'll also see a progress bar so you know exactly where your upload stands.

If you use ContentCrew on a computer, the sidebar is now easier to navigate. Settings and your profile are always visible, and switching between crews is right at the top.
