Scripts that read like a shoot plan

This week in ContentCrew, scripts get speakers, visuals, and version history, and you can share scripts and Pages with anyone by link.

You know the script that lives in a doc: speaker names in capitals, visual notes in brackets, and a reference link somewhere near the bottom. Now it lives in ContentCrew, laid out like the shoot. The script editor is one focused view where you write dialogue, assign speakers, attach visuals, and arrange sections. Each section row keeps the words, the speaker, and the reference assets together, so the script reads like a shoot plan. It saves as you type, and you can comment inline on any passage. Reorder the sections and the comment highlights follow along.

When it’s ready for the client or the person on camera, share it with a link. They don’t need an account: anyone with the link reads along and leaves comments or replies under their own name, while your team keeps its internal and client comment tabs for the private conversation. Pages share the same way, and they now take comments too, including inline comments anchored right in the text.

Every version stays within reach. Scripts keep a full version history you can restore. In idea descriptions and Pages, you see exactly what changed between versions, with highlighted edits you can jump through one at a time, and one tap restores any earlier version. Changed your mind? Undo the restore.

A video gets decided in its script. That’s why we think the script belongs in the same place as the rest of your content, not in a doc of its own.

Elsewhere, a TikTok link you add as a reference for an idea now plays right inside ContentCrew, and older TikTok references fill in their video the next time you open them. Your Ads overview and reports show Reach and Frequency as Meta and TikTok report them, so a person reached by several campaigns counts once.

Open a script this week, give each line its speaker, and share the link with whoever is on camera. Everything else from the week is in the changelog.
